In the end, we decided not to do the installation. However, I was impressed with how receptive Pacific Backflow was; they answered my questions as best they could even during the initial contact, they came by my property in very timely fashion so that they could provide an estimate and get the full details, and their bid was very reasonable in price versus competing bids I eventually obtained. It was a bit difficult to know where to turn for this project so I am appreciative. If we change our mind, I plan to call them up first thing.
Description of Work: We were looking into installing a backflow device for our residence.
