+ -1 moreThe was an initial assessment made the day before. The plumber returned the next day with all the necessary replacement parts. He realized that the interior toilet tanks needed additional replacement parts because there was more deterioration. He went out quickly to purchase the necessary parts, and job was done. I waited a while before submitting this review because I needed to be sure everything worked and it does.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet flappers, installed tub divert-er and replaced parts (seats and washers) for leaky tub shower.

He has done multiple hot water heater installs (two different homes), configured and install new plumbing in a new shower we had installed that was intricate to say the least, and replaced copper pluming in our attic that had a leak. His prices are very competitive. We do not even bother to call anyone but Adrian when we have a need for a plumber!
Description of Work: Remove old dishwasher. Returned to install new dishwasher.

+ -1 moreAdrian came out to the house on very short notice to correct the spa tub plumbing fixtures that had t be changed due the tile installer not allowing sufficient clearance for the fixtures to be installed. Adrian was able to do this with only two tiles being removed and did an excellent job (and was very neat and clean in the process). Upon his completion, new fixtures were easily able to be installed.

Description of Work: Adrian has performed many services for me over the years. The latest repair was a valve to the toilet rusted out and when I attempted to change it, it started to leak. He came out promptly and installed a new valve. Cost was $95 plus parts. But Adrian has also installed two hot water heaters, one in my home and one in a rental property. I bought them, he picked them up and installed them at a better rate than the home repair centers would have charged. We first met Adrian when we were replacing a bath tub with a shower had multiple shower heads as well as having the lever to open the main shower head on the wall opposite the shower head. It has worked perfectly for five years and it was very reasonable. He is the only plumber I call for any reason!

+ -1 moreAdrian has been our plumber since 1994 - has always done an Excelent Job at Reasonable Prices! He's very professional and always has a Great Can Do Attitude! Even one Saturday when we were heading out of town for our son's baby shower. With shower delays and other permiting and construction delays a two week job became a two month job. Adrian worked us in around his other jobs to keep us moving ahead. Adrian Charged for TwoToilet Installations - Four Seperate Trips - Time and Gas - he said it wasn't our fault! We love the toilets, everything flushes with ease!! He located both sets of dual sink pipes to each side of the under sink opening. I love the wide open space! Everything is looking and working great!
Description of Work: 1. Complete plumbing renovations 2 baths, washer & dryer, drained & verified water heater is sound - we were ready to replace it. Quoted utility sink install. 2. Replaced 2 toilets, piping down to dirt level - 1st Kohler toilets delivered by Home Depot turned out to be the wrong toilets -we didn't discover this until after one was installed. 2nd had a hairline crack that leaked after 48 hours. 3rd & 4th toilet installs are perfect! We had many construction delays so it was a fourth trip to install the second toilet. 3. Completely remplumbed Master Bath Including copper piping - A. Elevated shower head, brought shower up to current codes, B. ran pipes for a second sink, all new valves behind cabinet wall and installed fixtures. 4. Recomended Great Tile Shower Installer and Granite surfacing service. Sunterra had employee's as personable and as professional as Adrian. We tried to save money & threw all our construction and contractors off by almost 2 months. Lowes $1K complete shower unit - quoted at 2 to 3 weeks delivery - it arrived cracked after a 31 day wait! Cal Bath wanted over $5K for fit together side walls & no breaksown of costs. Sunterra built up from the dirt and studs - hot mop to final Finish - passed city inspections - finished our georgous tile shower with custom seat and shelving for $3K. Adrian won't recommend services that are not top notch and reasonable! 5. New piping and valves for the clothes washer installation. 9. At the end of the year Adrian will install a Utility sink I bought at Costco, near the front of our garage - with hot and cold water. Our laundry is inside the house and garage drain pipe access was not obvious. After some thought Adrian came up with the placement of the sink and a quote of $250 including piping. Excellent!

+ -1 moreCalled him he was underneath someone else's home, he took the cell phone call, he said he would be finished in a couple of hours and call then, I did. We was at my house within an hour, never looked like he had been under someone else's home. He gave me a lot options what to do, and justified those options. So that I can make an informed decision. Along with all of those option. The time he came and finished the job was within 2 hours. Also looked at my kitchen sink, fixed and said no charge. Gave a 6 year warranty on his work. A very pleasant experience.
