Manny's saved the day in repairing dry rot on our balcony and issuing a Section 1 clearance report so that our escrow could close. He managed to squeeze us in on short notice and complete the job on time in spite of discovering some additional work that we missed on the original inspection. He was responsive in our communications and did a great job cleaning up.
