This company and the owner Jeanete are terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I hired them to demo a built in entertainment center and build a new one that would better accommodate our big screen TV as well as hang it and install the components. Jeanete came out and seemed really nice and acted like she cared about us and our home but that was just good acting to get our money. We came up with a very specific design plan and she made it seem like it was no problem at all to do. She bragged about how they do so much high end work so we didn't think it would be any problems. She gave us a 4 day completion time and got started. On day 3 we saw that the design did not match what we discussed as well as her husbands drywall and texture was terrible. you could see the seams and it was lumpy every where they touched. The texture was peeling and it was going the opposite way of the existing texture on the same wall. I called Jeanete the same night and discussed it with her and she said it would be fixed the next day. This is all before the TV and components were installed. During this call she asked if I could be home to help her husband hang the TV. My reply was what am I paying you for if I'm going to be doing work. Unfortunately I was not home the next when her husband came to finish. When I got home the TV was hung and the electronics guy was installing the components. Nothing had been corrected and there were still a lot of things not finished. On top of that her husband Gene was getting ready to leave. My living was dirty and my garage which they made a work shop without my permission was a mess. They had also left the demo debris in front of my house. I pointed out to Gene the terrible job he had done and he acted as if nothing was wrong. As I pressed the issue he said something like it was dark and he couldn't see. So then he proceeded to smear drywall mud all over the lumpy areas and said he'd be back to fix it tomorrow. Before I can call Jeanete I get an email asking for the balance like the job is done. I called her to complain and she says she says she cant out until Monday to look at it and its Friday. Monday comes and it gets worse. Jeanete comes in my home and is rude an disrespectful because I complain about Gene's terrible work. She tells the work is fine and our complaints aren't factual. Then tries and talk us into accepting the design she did not what we agreed to. When we would not budge she stormed storms out of our house saying she will be back Wednesday with another contractor to fix the mistakes. Wednesday comes and she comes by with another contractor and he looks at it for 5 minutes and they just leave. Jeanete then emails later that day and says he will be back Friday to fix everything. Friday he comes and removes the TV. With a closer examination he discovers that the only way to fix the problems is to start from scratch. Which meant demo 80% over it and start over. He calls Jeanete. Jeanete calls me again rude and tries to convince me to accept this terrible job so she want have to start over. She gets even more rude and tells her guy to leave. I get an email basically telling me when I can fit into her schedule. Monday at 8am. Now I'm 2 weeks in on a 4 day job with at the minimum another week to complete if they would just get started. Plus my living room is not usable. Monday comes its 10 no call no show. I finally said I'm done with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I understand a mistake but it becomes not right when you don't accept responsibility and make it right. I gave them every opportunity to do so but they chose not to.

I decided to use a different contractor.

Every aspect of the work was botched and redone at least once, and the schedule has taken over 3 months for what was to be 3 weeks of work. The fence was installed directly on top of existing sprinkler heads. I had to complain to get the heads moved clear of the fence and functional. It was amazing that this happened as the sprinklers went off in the middle of the day...while they were doing layout! The dining room lights were installed in the wrong locations and all had to be moved. The guy cut up my wall between each stud bay in the hallway to run a wire. After trying to fix the wall 3 times I finally had to have my painter sand, re-texture and repaint the wall. The living room has sloped ceilings and i was guaranteed that the lights would point down. The pitch was too great for his fixture so I had to find fixtures that would work and they were more than twice as expensive as budgeted. Bathroom drywall was a mess and the desk is worse. Not enough letters to finish. In response to Provider response. The statements are not true. I have been in construction for over 25 years and never been to court or had to be deposed. I have never experienced anything like it before or since! Gene tried to bill me several thousand dollars above the contract amount, and hadn't completed the contract work satisfactorily. That is why we went to court. The court awarded Gene the contract amount nothing more, which is what I had offered him 5 months before and he wouldn't accept. Stay away from this Guy!!!!
