Description of Work: Helpful with estimate and taking time to evaluate problem I had with replacing the vinyl glazing on large glass patio door and giving an estimate on replacing some verticle window balances and 1 broken glass. However ended up not being able to do the reglazing affordably and, since manufacter was providing parts for the project he was not able to offer a competitive price. He was honest and helpful and I would not hesitate having him come to do work that he is set up to do affordably for homeowners.

Description of Work: After having other estimates done on two leaking windows, Kyle came over and was the most honest guy I have met. He said it would cost 50.00 as comparison to the other company that quoted us 4,000. Kyle stated that he would send ver one of his guys to caulk it and it should be good. This man took the time to bring in a huge ladder and test the window with the hose and sure enough he was correct about the problem. About 3 weeks went by and there was a knock at my door, it was Kyle saying" I was thinking about you today because it is going to rain" he already had his ladder in place and his helping caulking windows. To me as a wife that usually is alone with kids ( husband is in military) and has always had a problem with people taking advantage that there is no man in the house, This gentleman was professional, accertive and honest. Thank you Angie's list...

Description of Work: Kyle (and helper) replaced a fogged glass in a french door. He quoted a fair price and then came and did excellent work. His quote was the lowest. He was very prompt and professional and even reminded us that we get 5% off from Angie's list. The door looks awesome and new. It's been bugging us for years and wish we'd have done it sooner. We will use Kyle for future projects. Highly recommended!
