He is listed as a certain amount per hour on AL. When he was out to my house he stated he had to raise his prices to $100 min per hour. It is not listed this way on AL so I wasn't too impressed with this. I have tried to hire him for simple Handyman work however he is slow to answer and very very hard to schedule with. Once you get him, if you can, he does good work. I will not be contacting him in the future as it feels like he is doing you a favor if he makes time to come out.

JD was easy to reach and fortunately had an opening the next day. You can tell from the calls he received while on our job that he is very busy. Arrived on time, did all the jobs efficiently (including going to Home Depot for a needed part). Very pleased with the results and his reasonable rates. We now have a reliable handyman to call for future projects.

Everything went very well. JD finished the pergola on time and on budget, and it looks great. He's meticulous, thorough, pays attention to details, and a very hard worker.

Work was performed well. He was on time and finished within the time he quoted. I bought the new faucet and I was going to replace it on my own but didn't have the right tool to remove the old lines. He had it out in a few minutes and the new faucet went it without a hitch! He even showed me how to do it so I could do it on my own if there's a next time!

JD did a great job. We needed a bunch of ceramic and metal decorations hung on exterior stucco and concrete walls, as well as a couple plaques hung on the interior walls. JD provided the necessary hardware and even stayed a little over the time until everything on the list was completed. He is really easy to work with and made sure things were done the way we wanted, and were done right the first time. We definitely got our money's worth for the two-hour deal.

I did not get the service done. They cancelled the appointment twice without notifying me. I took two separate days off work to accommodate the service provider's schedule and there was not any courtesy contact for either appointment that was missed.

JD is an absolute professional in every way possible. He has extensive experience on just about any job you may need tackled in your house. His rate of $50 per hour is very reasonable given his experience and high quality work. He arrived on the site intending to install 3 fans but ended up assisting in several other jobs. In addition to being great at his job, he is a great person who makes for good conversation. I felt comfortable leaving JD alone in my house twice while I ran an errand and he was very welcoming to my dog. We will be using JD again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

JD's was quick to respond and schedule. And he did more than I requested by cleaning out my rain gutters too! His work was excellent and he worked quickly to get the job done. We will definitely call him out again for our other jobs that we don't seem to have time to get to.

Help with the porch light was invaluable, could not have been done without him. The installation of the bathroom fan went well and saved us a great deal of money compared to other installers. My husband helped him with the re-placement of the bathroom mirror. This was af\ter a remodel project. It was great to have the handyman's help with that.

I am very pleased with the work James did. I called him in the morning and he was able to come at 2pm that afternoon. He was running 15 minutes late from his previous job, but he sent me a text to let me know his ETA. He was polite and respectful (asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes before going up the carpeted stairs to my laundry room). He took the time to clean the floor (lots of dust and lint build up from the last 5 years since units were installed). He took the time to check each fix before moving onto the next task (i.e. made sure the water was not leaking from the newly installed hoses by running a short cycle). Most critical to me was ensuring that the units were level, so that when the washer went into the ultra-high spin cycle the units would not jump around the room. He did multiple checks to ensure they were both level. He also installed some foam rollers between the washing machine and the wall to help dampen the vibration noise that ensues when the machine goes into the ultra high spin cycle. On his way out he asked if there was anything else I needed. He used his staple gun to secure a piece of wood molding in my kitchen that had come loose, and did the same with a rubber baseboard piece in the garage. I will definitely use James again for my handyman needs. I can now run my washing machine at the ultra high spin speed and not feel like the helicopter fleet from Camp Pendelton is landing on my roof. Thanks so much James.

Placed a call to JD. He returned my call soon after. We discussed his services and an appointment time. He was able to come the same day as he had a few hours at the end of his current job. He was extremely personable and accommodating. He did an excellent job completing the two tasks required. He was well organized and neat. We discussed some future tasks I would like him to do and will arrange those in the future. I have already recommended him to neighbors and am pleased to say I have found a great source for future home projects.
