Jason Raica

Jason is my fourth computer repair experience. The first one installed an illegal operating system, the second said he'd charge $190 to "tune up" my non working computer then listed all the things I had already done before I called him. The third one said I needed a new computer without even looking at mine. Jason came to the house, told me I didn't need a new computer even though he's a hardware expert. He backed up all my files, reinstalled my operating system and recommended a new graphics card that I then bought on ebay. When I said I needed a new laptop, he asked to see the old one. He said it was fine and he could make it run like a new computer. He backed up all my data, installed a customized version of Windows7, installed a new wireless card and cleaned up everything. And it does run like a new computer. He is right on top of current software and hardware, fast and efficient, extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly honest. He could easily have sold me a new computer but didn't even try. He took my two older computers and made them like new. He can customize Windows operating systems to get rid of the things you don't like and enhance the things you do. Jason was just the person I was looking for. He didn't prey on my ignorance; he just made my life easier and more efficient.
