I engaged the services of Flood Solutions Inc. to address the water damage in my kitchen. Unfortunately, their handling of the water damage cleanup resulted in several issues. Firstly, they cracked the kitchen countertop and caused extensive damage to all of my cabinets, rendering them completely unusable. This not only escalated the overall repair costs but also posed a challenge as there were no undamaged cupboards to work with. Moreover, I discovered that some of my valuable belongings went missing during the remediation period, and despite my efforts, these items never resurfaced once everything was restored to its normal state. This added to the frustration and dissatisfaction with their services. To add to the list of grievances, Flood Solutions Inc. took an unreasonably long time to provide the billing information to my insurance provider, Farmers. It took them more than four months since the completion of the job to submit the necessary documents. Farmer's insurance company requested additional documentation and logs to justify the expenses. However, Flood Solutions has been unresponsive and has not provided the requested information. Furthermore, when the bill finally arrived, it was shockingly high, considering the subpar work and the damages they caused. I initially chose Flood Solutions Inc. based on a recommendation from a plumber, but in hindsight, I should have directly consulted my insurance company and opted for a more reputable and reliable company. I strongly advise against hiring Flood Solutions for any household needs. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more trustworthy alternative.

We hired Flood Solutions Inc. for water damage in my kitchen. We found out their workers damaged my appliances and cracked my countertop in the middle. They never mentioned to us they made these damages until those were discovered by accident. When it was brought up to Joey, he mentioned they thought they would glue it back together (glue the countertop?), which means he already knew what has happened but didn't tell us until it was discovered by us. Joey initially agreed to repair the appliance damage. Then he denied everything after checking the repair cost. We hired a second contractor and they specifically said the kitchen damage is done by the Flood Solutions. Flood Solutions is unreliable and irresponsible. Joey refused to go to a mediator to resolve the issue even though it's written in their contract to do so. Then Joey refuses to respond to my emails so nothing can be recorded. Fortunately, we have enough evidence from his earlier emails, kitchen photos and witnesses to move forward. I strongly recommend you to avoid Flood Solutions.

These people were at my place quickly to give me a free estimate. Then, they helped me further with my water heater damage. They were clean, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would use them again in a second.

Excellent!! They were prompt and professional. Joey texted me everyday to keep me updated on the progress and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company.

Joey and Christian Acosta were both very helpful in explaining the process of remediation and doing only what was necessary to achieve the desired result. I felt they were very communicative and extremely fair. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

In the middle of replacing flooring in my hall bathroom I unfortunately discovered some mold issues and reached out to Flood Solutions for help. Immediately they responded by having Christian Acosta come to my home and assess the damage along with the necessary steps to remediate the problem. The next professional we dealt with was technician Jason Gutierrez and like Christian his professionalism, responsiveness, sense of urgency & friendliness all made what could have been a frightening experience a very reassuring one. I am extremely grateful for the professional approach by Flood Solutions and their management team of Daniel and Joey Montijo! I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in this emergency situation. Job well done!

They were so professional. They contacted me within hours of my Angie's list inquiry. And even followed up a few weeks later when I didn't call them back like I said. I was the difficult one because of my schedule. As it turned out our project didn't have mold and I wound up not having them out. However, I felt it was a very positive experience and I would call them again for this type of work absolutely.

Joey from flood solutions have been my primary contact throughout the duration of the work and I can't say enough nice things about my experience. Joey and his team have been courteous and thoroughly professional. I had mold damage from dishwasher. Joey came in the same I called and was able to start working the next day for remediation. He took care of pretty much everything. I haven't had any issues. Flood solutions also did reconstruction after the damage and everything has gone perfectly. One of the things I appreciated is the clean up. His crew did a remarkable job when it comes to cleaning up all the residue throughout the remediation process. He dealt with the insurance. I would highly recommend Flood Solutions. One additional note: You can ask Joey questions or help regarding other/additional items apart from the contractual work and he will be able to recommend or answer any other questions that you might have regarding your property.

The staff was very friendly and professional and extremely proficient. Although we went through insurance and Flood Solutions doesn’t generally discount services in that case; Joey still gave us a military discount since this wasn’t explained to us beforehand. That was definitely appreciated and goes to show this company honors their agreements and wants to help and satisfy their customers. If you want a company you can trust and who does excellent work, Flood Solutions is a great choice!

We are very satisfied. Flood Solutions does high-quality work that they stand behind. You can always find a lower price, but before you hire a local handyman, consider the importance of punctuality and professionalism. If Flood says they're going to be there at 8 AM, someone is knocking at your door at 7:45, anxious to get started. When the exterior door started sticking, someone was there immediately to disassemble the door frame, plane it down and repaint, all at no additional charge. We wanted a second back gate installed and without us asking for it, Flood built it such that from the exterior, it looks like a fence, not a gate. Very thoughtful! We've found our go-to builder. Hope they work out for you too.

Hired to repair damage due to a burst pipe. Timely response and professional repair. Ensured the work was done properly- couldn’t exactly match existing stone work, so they recommended a cost-conscious replacement and coordinated with the insurance company. When costs were less than estimated, they refunded the excess. Would definitely use again.

We came back to our house after being gone for two days and found that the entire house parameter was flooded up to 3” due to a toilet leak. Not knowing what to do, our next door neighbor told us that their house was flooded and they were very pleased with a company that they used called Flood Solutions so they highly recommended them. We contacted Flood Solutions and they came immediately and we went through the whole process of dry wall removal and drying the place for days. Flood Solutions did their work very efficiently and returned phone calls and texts in matter of minutes. I found them very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and polite with great communication skills. The thing that stood out the most for me coming from the old school myself was the fact that Flood Solutions provided their service even after their work was done when they had nothing to gain and they were under no obligation to respond for the tasks that they were not responsible for. That is called providing a service on my book.

Joey arrived very quickly, calmly assessed the damage, but more importantly, calmed me down. His crew of workers arrived and immediately started to tear down the damaged areas of plaster board walls and ceilings, and dry out these wet areas with high powered fans, lift up tiles, calm me down, always being extremely professional and caring. Did I mention how often they calmed me down??? Packers were brought in and they meticulously wrapped every item, and there were many family heirlooms. They photographed where each piece would be placed afterwards, and everything, furniture included, was stored in my garage. By the second day my house was engulfed with plastic, fans blowing on both lower and upper floors. They encouraged me to move to a motel for the duration as my insurance would pay for it, but for personal reasons, I declined that option. These wonderful men made every effort by cutting openings into the plastic so that I could more easily maneuver from one room to the next without going out the back door to come into the front door to reach the second story staircase - whatever they could do to make my life more comfortable was gladly done with a hug and a smile. The workmen were very clean and professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I could not have been happier considering the situation that no one would ever volunteer to be stuck with. Joey was professional, honest, and I always felt that he had my best interests in mind. If you are ever unfortunate enough to be put into such a lousy unwanted situation such as this, do not bother shopping around. Just call Joey at Flood Solutions. You will never regret that you hired the best!!

Joey, Sam, and the guys who came out (Tino and Jason) were all great. Very professional, reliable, pleasant, great communicators. Wish the entire construction industry followed their lead.

Team was two pronged, one to get water leak stopped, dryed, and all damaged household removed to their vans. Second team was DM Remodeling who generaled entire project and brought in plumber, cabinet maker to rebuild and replace vanity, drywaller, painter, and dust up. General contractor Daniel M. was on top of both teams progress and kept the trades showing up at the door everyday until we had our home back the way it was before we had gallons and gallons of water running down exterior and interior wall and downstairs ceiling since bath where leak occurred was upstairs. Removed shutters and replaced, plumber installed new valves and P traps, and best of all, Flood Solutions saved the vanity double sink tile countertop from demolition and replacement saving me $1000 out of my pocket that the claim would not have covered. Daniel met with our adjuster and other than my deductible, the adjuster was within $10 of the $3600 Flood Solutions remediation work and was within $50 of DM Remodeling/General billing of $3550 of plumber, drywall, tape and mud, painting, vanity cabinet rebuild and installation, and final painting that they had matched to a T. Each of DMs journeymen are top shelf, first rate individuals I would do business with personnally, astisans that do it professionally the first time, know what quality work is and do it as if it was for the Governors mansion. Seriously. Finally, the plumber installed a new pressure reduction valve on the house and pressure tested the entire water system, so the new brass PRV is good for another 15 years. Daniel came to meet with the adjuster and took the lead in explaining the cause, the mold and water remediation that was required, and the rebuild scope, it took him only 20 minutes, it would have taken me an hour covering a subject I have never covered with an adjuster . It was GREATLY APPRECIATED and I believe the checks arrived in the mail from the insurer in the amounts I required less my $1k deductible, in large measure because of the professional General Daniel and his team of professionals that proceeded on this job as they have have on hundreds just like it, Having your home torn up for two weeks during the hottest weeks of the summer is no fun, having it Generaled by DM and Flood Solutions team with Sam guiding the Flood Solutions ship thru the rough waters of day one, was a god send for our familty. If you want a 5 STAR job done right the first time, and you are willing to pay for professionals that take pride in doing it right the first time, you are in great hands with Daniel and Sam.

Flood Solutions is punctual and professional and do quality work. I know when they are on a job for me that things will be done in a timely fashion and I don't have to babysit them. Any time of day of the week that I have an issue they are there to take care of me.

Guys were great! Very knowledgeable, very respectful, etc... I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is need of dryout and/or reconstruction!
