David was very friendly and knowledgeable when I call to discuss my needs. He was also very flexible in scheduling my appointment to coincide with the delivery of some of the equipment needed. He arrived exactly on time at my door, and was able to follow rather complicated instructions re entry and parking in my complex. I found David to be very professional in his approach and appearance. He was able to explain in lay terms exactly what he was doing and why. The job took less than one hour and he only charged me for the time he was here. I am definitely calling him back for some additional work and training. I would recommend him highly.

I had finally bought a wireless laptop and quickly learned I could not print without actually getting up and plugging the printer into the laptop. I was referred to David at Computer Troubleshooters and called him. He suggested installing a wireless print server. I agreed and we made the appointment. He arrived and installed the print server without a hitch. I am so happy to print while unplugged and sitting on the couch. I would recommend David to anyone needing IT support.
