One has to be patient because this company is very busy and had to postpone two appointments. When they did come, they were friendly and efficient.

They scheduled appointment thru phone and text and even. Once they arrived they repaired what was needed, let me borrow a hose to top off my pool, and even gave me an education on how the pool equipment operated. Even then they came in under what they orginally estimated. Would suggest to anyone who need solar panel repairs.

They did great, they're even coming back to do other work. They were exceptional. I am referring them to other people.

The company was very patient with all my questions and a discussion about other options for replacement my Solar water heater. In the end, I received a quality re-install for less than my original 'simple' replacement. This was due to the company taking time to explore possible rebates available for my situation. The work was done promptly and professionally.

Great process with HomeAdvisor and terrific performance by CleanTech. I expressed an interest in firms that could repair or replace my swimming pool solar heating system. Karin from CleanTech called right away (a Friday) and scheduled a tech to come out to my house the very next Monday. Pablo was right on time, assessed the situation and said the leak was repairable. He fixed the leaky panel, inspected the whole system and told me there was still plenty of life in my existing system. He charged my about $20 less that what I paid for a similar repair 5 years go. And then there is the HomeAdvisor discount. So, I definitely recommend this firm for quality of work, reliability, value, and they were nice.

Prompt response, scheduled next day, professional and honest. They know what they are doing and had the parts with them. The technician was thorough and made sure we had hot water before he left. It took another hour, but it was done right. I recommend them without hesitation.

I called on a Sat,they called back on Monday and came same day . New panel was expensive but after I asked if thy could just take one panel out of system did it right then for a reasonable price and I had hot water again.

They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.

They did leave pieces of wood with nails in them but for the most part, they did a good job. The job was more than quoted even though I had them take the solar collectors with them so I was not 100% happy with that aspect. This was an emergency to get my roof ready because it was leaking so I was happy that I could get someone on such short notice.

Pablo was very nice and helpful. He showed me a way to shut off the solar without turning off the house water. He also told me that my unit needs service every 5 years. I am going to have him service the unit in Nov or Dec

Excellent service. Everything worked well as promised. They even cleaned the area before leaving and hauled off the old tank.
