Description of Work: CleanTech was called to do repairs of a system they installed. On the day of the scheduled repair, they called to say they were stuck on another job and would call later that day to reschedule. They did not call back or return 3 later calls to them.

 + -1 moreThis was a great experience from start to finish. Each person in the process proved to be professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Karin on the proposal and the contracts and she was timely and helpful at each step of the way. The installers were Pablo and Keith and they did a great job. They did the work on Sunday (yes, Sunday!) at no extra charge and made sure everything was done to exact standards. They took their time, explained everything to me and made sure it was working properly before they left. The pricing was highly competitive with four other different proposals, but only CleanTech offered a 2% discount for paying by check. It made their price the best. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone for this service. Great job!

 + -1 moreThe work when very well with system installed within 30 days after signing the contract. The 30 days included getting all the required inspections, ordering and receiving the PV system, and about 5 days lost due to necessary repairs to the roof by a roofing contractor to correct damage uncovered during the PV installation.
Description of Work: Cleantech installed a 3.6 Kw PV system on our roof. The work when quickly and smoothly with Karin Polestra(vice president/CEO) scheduling and coordinating the work, including the inspections by City of Escondido and SDGE and preparing all the paperwork Chris and Kevin installed the system and were a pleasure to work with.
