I first worked with Brad about 4 years ago on our master bathroom remodel (this involved plumbing, electrical, framing and masonry work) and based on his great work then, we turned to Brad again when we were ready to replace the tile described above. Brad is very responsive and provides honest, straightforward estimates which he sticks to unless there are honestly unforeseen problems. He won't promise what he can't deliver. He does meticulous work and goes out of his way to make sure things are done the way you want. He's also scrupulous about doing things the 'right' way, not necessarily the easiest. I could not recommend a contractor more highly.

We were surprised when Brad recommended putting in much better concrete support system for the deck. He showed us the rot of the previous deck from soil (with moisture) contacting the redwood. He also showed us how the spacing between supports, as originally designed, was dangerous and would allow the synthetic wood flex and break. He showed us how decking is correctly installed with no nails exposed. My wife is pretty picky. She doesn't like anything. We have had much remodellng done and she has found problems with every job. Not this one! After a year, the deck looks brand new! I give Brad Moreau my highest recommendation!
