Description of Work: The inspection was very cursory (he didn't go up to the main part of the roof, although he did offer to have his team come do so) and no repairs were offered. Basically I paid $99 to get a quote for a new roof. The 'report' offered was extremely brief, and photos were only shown to me immediately after inspection (not included in documentation).

Description of Work: This company did not even check the entire roof, it took them more than a month to fix the problem. We gave them a call to remind them that the job has not performed yet. The job items that was listed on the list was not performed. I will not use this company anymore. I am not going to renew my account with Angie's list, we can get a cheaper price somewhere else than what angie's list is offering.

Description of Work: They found a lot of problem on my add on, flat roof that had been leaking. Although I didn't expect a $3000 bill, for the work they did, it was fair. And after a strong rain the roof didn't leak. |

Description of Work: I suspected a leak in my roof (red-tile) and they located the problem, which was the flashing around the chimney. In addition to fixing that problem, they re-caulked all the roof vent areas. This work was completed promptly.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to do the job at the end of the month. But then I got a call early Friday morning saying they were on their way. They had a lull in another job, so sent over several workers and they had the old roof stripped off in less than 2 hours. They found a couple of boards that needed replacing. For an extra charge, they bought the boards and matched paint. A couple of the guys replaced the damaged fascia boards at the front peak, and one of the roof boards over the garage, while the others finished laying the shingles and caulking around the vents. They finished by 4:30 pm or earlier. They even reset a loose pin on my gutter and a couple loose nails on a side panel of the roof. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Roof looks wonderful! The guys were very thorough and professional. It's hard for me to part with that kind of money. But it needed to be done and this company did a Great job.

Description of Work: I had termite damage in a very large ornamental structure and part of the eaves. They rebuilt the ornamental piece and put a protective cap on. They also did some minor repairs on the roof. They were on time--and finished early.

Description of Work: For 99 dollars the contractor came out looked at my roof and told me it would cost 600.00 dollars to get rid of the birds nests. When asked if the 99 would go toward it he gave me a $15 discount so I paid him 85 dollars to come out and give me an estimate, Something I usually get for free. Not happy.
