It was easy to make an appointment. The service technician was on time. He inspected my garage door, made a couple of recommendations and then completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

We would recommend him and Best Bet to anyone and have already had neighbors do business with them. They were also very pleased. It is not every day that you are provided a service and product that is exceptional and then have the person who provides it also be exceptional. We are super thankful for Caleb and his business.

I called Best Bet Garage Door Company. The owner, Caleb, responded immediately. He adjusted and lubricated the chain and the door hinges. The door worked so much smoother and quieter. My old remote control was dead, too. Caleb told me where I could buy a universal remote and program it myself, saving some costs. That was a very professional move on his part. It wasn't too long before the old opener (25+ yrs old) finally started having circuit board problems, necessitating a whole new opener. I immediately called Caleb and told him I needed a new opener. Again, he responded quickly and on time. His price for the opener and installation was less than I expected to pay for the opener alone. One last comment. Caleb is professional and friendly to deal with. He isn't hurried or pushy, and he definitely never tried to sell us on anything.
