Description of Work: Junk was hauled from the side of my house. I felt bad for the guy since he struggled to get the stuff in his truck. I kind of wanted to help him but that would have defeated the purpose of having a junk man haul my junk away. He was on time and polite. He met my expectations.

Description of Work: They just came into the back yard and started hauling stuff, frightened my wife to death. They did not even knock on the door to let anyone know they were there. My wife let them take something I wanted to keep and the guy texted me he was busy. When I finally got a hold of him he said too bad the stuff was already at the dump. I was not pleased with their service!
