He did all that was expected.

Brett the owner was very responsive to my call. He gave me a guesstimates amount. Somewhere between $250 to $350. He had not seen the amount of dead trees that I needed him to take away. I gave him the best information as I could mentioned in the above question. I was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job the next day. I had called him after 5 pm the day before. When Brett got to the house, he said, had he seen was it was before hand, he would have charged more, but honored the price range that he quoted. I would have preferred to pay the $250 of course and of course Brett wanted the & $350. He did say on the phone that he would do it for $300. So I really appreciated that he keep his words. He was very concern that the amount of branches I had, would not fit in his flat bed which was 12'x8', 4' high. Amazingly, he was able to fit 40'x10', 3' high of stiff, unapliable tree branches in his flat bed. He had to chain saw a good chunk of it to get it to fit. You can tell he was a professional at it and really knew what he was doing unlike some workers who don't have a clue how to do anything. Brett finished in a timely manner and what surprised me was, he cleaned up after removing all the trees. His guy swept the floor, so the area looked nice and clean. I didn't expect that. I was just grateful to have all the trees removed. Now the area looks great. Clean and open with nothing there. I highly recommend B & J Hauling. I will use Brett again. He's also a very nice personable person.

He took it all. He cleaned up after himself. He arrived on time. He was courteous. We have used them a couple of times. I thought his fees were fair, and he even cleaned-up and tidied up the pickup area before he left. I would tell a friend to call him and use his service if you need to haul stuff away.

After a tenant reported a broken board, I inspected this 20+ year-old structure and realized that a combination of dry rot and termites (the framing was not redwood) had taken its toll. I called several companies, but Brett Nelson offered the best price and schedule option. He completed the work in a matter of a few hours leaving no trace of the original deck structure. However, in the process, he discovered that termites and rot had destroyed the bottom of a vertical support (adjacent to the deck) for the balcony overhead. I offered an extra payment for the job and Brett drove to Home Depot to buy the 4x4 and install it before leaving for the day. He was also nice enough to dispose of an old sofa that the tenants left on the patio. This is one of those service providers that they created Pages of Happiness for.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it went well. It was easy to get the service scheduled. They did a good job. He was prompt, clean, and thorough and wanted to do a good job. He brought someone to help him and the work was done in a timely manner. I paid about $250 above what I paid for the big deal. They used a smaller truck than a previous company I used and they also had other stuff on their truck when they came. It worked out okay and, all in all, I think it was fair. When he got here he told me he was not making anything on this deal. He was good, polite and aimed to please. He really cleaned up and I was glad.

It went very well. The provider responded right away and worked with us to find a good time/day.

We did not have issues. I just don't think we ever need them again or could get a hold of them again. Some of these people that do this kind of work just do it for a little while then stop. Every time we go look for a hauler, it's basically a guy with a truck. We might be starting from scratch a year later because the guy just doesn't want to do it anymore. He got tired of it. These are not big corporations, it's just a guy with a truck. We gave him the work order and he scheduled it. The job got done.

Although we had more to haul off than his deal offered he gave us a fair price on taking the rest of the things off our hands. Altogether we were well satisfied with the job he did.

Brett was very professional, showed up on time and did a great job. He left the area cleaned where he did the demo work. Both Brett and his helper were very efficient and just did an overall great job. I would definitely recommend Brett to do any demo and hauling that you need.

I called Brett and we scheduled a quote that same day. His quote was competitive and he was professional. I measured out the space I had to work with and realized that a 6 foot bobcat might not make it through the opening to my yard. I instead contracted with another company that had a 4 foot wide bobcat.

I called B & J Hauling on Sunday, expecting to leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised to have a person answer. I told him that I have a small mountain of dirt to remove, and would like a quote. He replied that he would have a partner call me back to arrange an appointment to look at the job. I never got a call back. I frequently have this problem with contractors. I will now rate every one as an F that doesn't at least reply to me.

I called and spoke with Brett (the B of B&J Hauling) He was able to come over within an hour of my call. He was courteous and efficient and hauled away my junk at a very reasonable price. I'll call him again and recommend B&J Hauling to my friends.

Brett visited two houses for me, mine and one I care for - they were fairly close to each other. He knew what he was clearing out up front, but I surprised him with two old swings sets that were broken. His original bid was $200 for the two houses. I found out about the swing sets at the last minute. For another $100 was willing to stay and take care of the swings. He sawed down the old wooden set and sawzalled the metal set - they were both fairly large. He was there for a number of hours and was a real life-safer, as kids and broken swings can spell disaster! Brett was a nice guy, did a great job and I would recommend his work to anyone!

I called Brett and he said he would come by and take a look and give us an estimate. He came by the next day and took a look and said he could take care of everything. We had a mess and he cleared it all out and left us with a "back yard" again.

Brett removed several tons of construction debris from my house including tile, cabinets, rocks. He worked very hard, and did an excellent job. I will use his services again if the need arises.

I called them after we moved to get rid of some excess junk, furniture, etc. They were very professional, scheduled us right away, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend B&J's if you need to clean out old junk. Thanks!

Brett and Bob worked hard and completed all in one afternoon. Courteous and diligent, would hire again for small demo-type jobs.

He was good. I thought he was great across the board. I thought the price was fair because of all the stuff he had to haul away and threw away.

i called and left a message which was returned promptly. he came over within a couple of hours and hauled my stuff away.

Brett called back the same day and gave an estimate to haul away moving boxes. He would come the following day. Brett called the next day to let me know what time he would arrive. The job he did before mine took longer than expected but he called to let me know, which I appreciated. When Brett arrived, we had decided to add a few more items to be hauled away. His price was fair and he did a good job. Recommended!

Brett came and by himself dismantled and removed the planter boxes and also hauled away some miscellaneous items. He cleaned the area nicely after. In all, it took about 40 minutes and the whole process was quick and efficient. He was easy to deal with and would likely use again.

Yeah, it was a small job and they performed perfectly.

He was on time and did a nice job of demolishing the wall and cleaning up.

He does a little bit of everything from hauling to minor repairs. He does a good job and gives us exactly what we want. He isn?t too expensive.
