It didn't. My junk has now been sitting in my driveway for over a month waiting for this company to contact me. And I paid for this already!!

Brett was very professional and did a great job in hauling away junk I had accumulated in my garage and house over the years. Overall I was very happy with his service, and will be hiring him again in the near future to haul away a few more things.

I called Brett and he showed up to work the very next morning. I had a pile of demo from an ongoing remodel that he took care of that same day. He came back the next couple of days to remove two very-hard-to-remove shower enclosures, demo bathroom tile flooring, and to remove the carpeting and pad. And he cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. Overall he did an excellent job, and I will be hiring him again.

I call Brett and he was able to pick up my load the same day. They cleaned up after picking up the load,

B&B showed up at the first location, carefully loading and securing it on their truck. They then delivered it to my house. It turns out that it was too wide to bring directly through the sliding door so they removed part of the door and turned the treadmill on its side to get it where I wanted. They set up the treadmill and verified it worked then replaced the door. Excellent and courteous work from beginning to end.

This was a big deal purchase. It went very well. It is a difficult thing to get pricing on. It was fine. They left the area clean.

Very well. I was concerned that one man alone might not be able to move the sofa bed. The driver,Brett, was extremely resourceful in successfully achieving his goal. He sawed up the sofa,separating the heavy metal interior and tossed it all in his truck. I greatly appreciated his suggestions for disposing of old paint and his attention to my need for a coyote fence. He was very experienced and willing to share constructive tips.

We set up an appointment for the next week. We set a time and he called about 45 minutes before he arrived. He was efficient with his time and cleaned up entirely. Brett noticed that my back gate was sticking and fixed it for me with out adding anything to the original bid. It took him about 4 to 5 hours to complete the job. It was a physically hard job, between cutting/breaking down the two play structures and hauling the debris away.

Brett was very responsive and very easy to work with. Was even willing to work out a payment schedule, but there was no need. I was at work when Brett and another worker came to my home to do the work. My daughter was home and said they were very nice and got right to work. They took down the brick wall and planter then sanded down the concrete when the bricks were removed so it barely shows on the patio where the wall existed. They came about 10:30am and was done by 4:00pm. I would recommend them for price and work ethic.

All my expectations and more were met. He was a little behind schedule but everything else was exceptional. He responded right away and came prepared with all the necessary tools, worked efficiently, left the place clean afterward, and was the price was excellent.

Returned call within 30 min. and showed up 2 hrs later for pick-up. Quickly load up refuse and left. Reasonable price for service.

They arrived on the same day that I called them to give an estimate and ended up doing the job at the same time. They even swept up leftover debris and leaves on the ground before they left.

They did an excellent job. They were very fast and efficient. I was very happy.

BRETT, LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO GET TO MY HOUSE. HE WAS POLITE AND A HARD WORKER. THE MATTRESSES AND HEAD BOARDS WERE PICK-UP AND HAULED AWAY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WILL USE THIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

B & J hauling was very professional. Returned my calls right away. He told me the tempurpedic single bed would be more. I listed my items emailed them before I bought the deal. $125 for deal and $75 for single tempurpedic bed.

I bought the $125 deal to have junk removed. Brett contacted me within a few hours to determine service. He was available the next day, however I wasn't going to be prepped for another week. We kept in close contact during that week; each time he either reached out to me or he returned my message quickly. I had the work done earlier today. He was fast, friendly, and professional. In theory I didn't get the "$125 worth" because I didn't come close to filling up the truck. However, it was worth it to me to have the stuff gone out of my garage and my life. NOte: Chemicals and electronics are extra. He took many "electronics" ie. fans, humidifiers, etc. I chose to keep the stereo and take it to a free center myself. He gave me a referral to where I could dispose the chemicals for free, and I chose that option. I appreciate him being upfront to give me options of cost vs. my time to do it. I am sure I will use Brett again at some point in the next few years!

This was my first time hiring a junk hauling service. Honestly, I was concerned that they would pick and choose the items with high recycling/resale value, and leave other items behind. But this did not happen at all. The service provider was courteous and friendly, and didn't have any problem with the quantity or nature of the items I was discarding. I would happily use this service again.

Awesome. He worked very hard, squeezing all my stuff into his truck to make one trip. He did a great job. It was a little shaky initially with the scheduling, but everything worked out fantastic.

Brett was very responsive with both messages through Angie's List and phone calls. I bought a Big Deal and used it a month later. He was able to accommodate my schedule when a gave him a week's notice. Since he knew that I had large items, he was able to bring an assistant. We had everything organized and gathered into several areas. They were able to take everything and do it quickly. Because there was more than the amount included in the Big Deal, I did have to pay extra. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would use his service again.

Brett called us back promptly when he was not near his phone. He called us on the morning of the hauling to say he was on his way. He arrived on time. He worked very hard and quickly to complete the job and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed with how hard he was working, and in the heat too. We will be using him for other services in the future.
