Element Concrete: Mitchell, who is the owner, really impressed us from the beginning of the estimate process with his knowledge of what needed to be done to install walkways down the sides of our house. He is very ethical, responsible & does great work!! We would definitely hire him & his company for another project some day!! We are very happy with his work & highly recommend his company!!
