Description of Work: Our garage door opener had bitten the dust and Bill came out and tried to salvage it for us but it was just time! He installed a new unit in record time and programmed it for us and it works like a charm. I love doing business with an honest businessman that shows such pride in what they do! If I could give them an A+++++++ I would!

+ -1 moreCalled My Garage Door Guys due to broken garage door spring. Bill performed a torsion spring conversion on my 16X8 Wayne-Dalton 9100 door with windows. Received same day service in a very professional, courteous manner. We would and do highly recommend Bill and his company for any garage door needs. One thing I might note, I called a few other companies - one refused to give me any type of quote without paying them $19.00 to come inspect the door ( even though I told them it was a broken spring) Another quoted some ridiculous price per hour. Bill was the only one to give me a price and stick to it.

+ -1 moreBill at "Your Garage Door Guys" out if Oakley was amazing and fit us in today on the holiday eve. He was professional, the job was clean, and he was ore than knowledgable. His prices were far better than the other 3 semi-local companies we called. The others either couldn't fit us in, or were excessive on charges to arrive & repair. No price gouging here. We were soooo happy - we referred to another friend here in Discovery Bay; he went right over and removed her burnt out motor and installed a whole new Lift Master unit; he even checked the hinges & screws on her 3 roll up doors, and wanted to make sure all motors and chains were greased properly for safety. He went above and beyond what you'd expect as a customer. She will be hiring him again To switch out all rollers, and install 2 more new Lift Master units on the other 2 garage doors soon. She's so happy she'll be writing a review too. The pricing I've put below us for MY service call, as I know everyone's circumstances and repair or overall needs are different, but we would have paid whatever we needed to just to have our motor and remote work and have access to our garage! Thanks Bill! You're amazing!
Description of Work: I tried to program new remotes and I deleted all of the programming, and screwed up the roll up garage door motor and alignment 😝. We are in Discovery Bay, they are out of Oakley which is local to us!

+ -1 moreBill came out, in time in a clean marked vehicle. Checked everything to verify necessary repairs. He made the repairs quickly then rechecked everything again. He was super clean and helpful and could not be nicer! I had him fix mu clients house today but I will have him fix my own garage at home that I backed into:)
