Description of Work: We used them for housekeeping for awhile. They said that we didn't pay them for a month, and they also dripped trash water everywhere and didn't want to clean it up.

Description of Work: we asked that our master bedroom-bath be cleaned first so that our dog could stay there while rest of house was cleaned. the 2 ladies were so easy to work with and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: This is a housecleaning service. they work in team of 2. The ladies working at my home arrived on time, did a great job and they will be coming back every 2 weeks. Since my reason for subscribing to Angie's list was to find just such a service,there is no reason for me to subscribe any longer. Description of Work: The appointment was set for 5/18/2011 at 9:00 AM. We had to come from SF early to be here when they came to clean. Two women arrived and before they got to the door, one received a phone call. The other came and told us that the girl's Father had just passed away. They were going back to the office and the one would come back with another partner. We toldf her that we were so sorry for the other girl. Approximately a half an hour later, we did not hear from them, so we called the office. We were told that there was not backup for the crew that they had sent and they wanted to change the day. Since we were moving in on the weekend we had to have the house completely cleaned that day. We told them this again and they said that they would try to get someone to come out and would call in 15 minutes. It took another half hour before we heard from them. They said that they would send another crew when they finished their regular job. By 10:45 AM we finally got two other women. We had a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, two story house for them to clean. There had been a physical estimate done prior to the appointment, so they were aware of what needed to be completed that day. The women missed many things and did not do other things. It was a very unprofessional job. After they left, which they were in a hurry to do, we saw things that were not done. When the office contacted us we told them about the problems with the job. They wanted to come and correct it but we were in the processes of moving. They charged us the exact amount of the job and did not offer us a discount. We were inconvenienced and they did not compensate for this at all. We understand that the passing of the one woman's Father was terrible, but they had no backup plan. This was not a good experience. We had our place in SF cleaned before we left and the service there was terrific. That was Merry Maids. We will never use Molly Maid again.
