I was able to get the job done within a month; it took three days to remove the old system and install the new one and it's working beautifully. I highly recommend a two-zone system if you have a two-story house. The price was about $10,000 less than competitors.

If you find yourself doing business with this company make sure you do the following: 1. Get a true contract informing you of your rights. Ie: your right to cancel and payment details. 2. If your job requires it , Make sure the job is HERS tested and permitted. Look this up of you don't know what that means. 3. Make sure you get what your paying for. IE: look over the quote. If there's something you don't understand ask to have it explained. 4. Make sure the work is completed before paying in full 5. Make sure the job/equipment your paying for will meet your expectations before you agree/pay for any work.

I was happy with there work. It just the coordinates that they are using is somehow old but they we're good.

Everyone I dealt with at Jim’s Air Systems was absolutely on point . From arranging to get a quote with Josh, to scheduling the work needed, to the actual install ( All of which happened in about a weeks time ). They were the most reasonably priced bid , had the best warranty coverage and for me it was a “Win” because I wanted to support a locally owned small business within my community . JIM’S AIR SYSTEMS DID NOT DISAPPOINT . And because of that it really turned out to be a “Win-Win” for me . They followed up when they said they would , showed up when they said they would and Josh with his brother Jim and crew did the entire install in one day (AC Unit, Heater Unit, Tankless Water Heater and Attic Fan) . All work was done professionally , timely and with regard to personal safety due to current Covid -19 situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone !! I had the best experience with this company!! The Owner, (Josh), Technicians, (Mason & Kris), are extremely professional, respectful, clean, and friendly too. Due to COVID - 19 I've been working from home over zoom. The guys worked on the inside/outside of my home majority of the day. I was very pleased with the display of respect due to me working and the courteous mannerism from both technicians... I'm so excited to use my new unit!! I now have new ducts (which I know will help with my allergies), and a new stylish updated WiFi smart thermostat too!! I give this company a five star review!! I will recommend this company to anyone & everyone!! Thank's you Guys!!

Josh and crew were great. I had done some research on ductless mini-split AC units for my garage and received a mixed bag of responses from various vendors. Josh immediately knew what I was talking about, quickly assessed what we'd need and gave me a very reasonable quote. His team came out to do the install and was in and out in much less then a full work day. The install is clean, low profile and everything works perfectly. Our garage is now the most comfortable environment in our home which means at some point I'll be calling Josh back to tell us why our interior is so inefficient. :) The highest of recommendations.

I had been using another company and bought an A/C system from them and there were problems. Josh explained the previous company did not install it correctly. He identified and corrected the problems with the previous A/C installation and installed a new A/C system and gas furnace as well. He was very professional, easy to trust, and he did everything he said he was going to do and was on time. The price was reasonable and he is honest and has integrity!

Amazing price and service. I was concerned that all heating and air conditioning company's were the same but then I met Josh the owner of Jim's. He lets his price and quality of his install and equipment speak for themselves. Most other companies were thousands more for lower quality equipment. Josh explained everything and delivered the best price for the best product. He is on the job with his super friendly employees and leaves things cleaner than when they arrive. He also does solar and tankless water heaters and will call him when I start those projects.
