Curtis showed up on time with a professional & friendly introduction. Did a full investigation of the inside, outside, attic and crawl space of our home. Gave a full report of his findings and then presented a full description of what he would exactly do to correct and prevent further Pest intruders. Each week of his service provided an improvement from the previous week. He is easy to reach and any question I had was answered promptly. If I should ever need Rodent service again, I would definitely call C & T Rodent Control & Exclusion and Pest Control back for Service. Would highly reccommend this company to anyone that needs this service. Thank you for a service well done!

Absolutely no mess at all inside the house - even though Curtis had to access scuttles, traps, etc. Curtis was very flexible with scheduling, and Tanya was always easy to get a hold of. I would definitely use them again.

The rodent exclusion and trapping were excellent. Curtis is very knowledgable and sealed off entrances in a systematic way through the six week process to slowly exclude and not trap the rats inside the attic where the infestation was. We have an acquaintance who used another provider and the other provider sealed off the entire house the first visit. As a result, the rats came INSIDE the house. Yikes! We were provided with a detailed bid showing the extent of the infestation and the work to be performed. We were provided with after pictures showing the clean up and the exclusion work performed. We are looking forward to the final visit in a month to confirm that the rats are indeed gone. I gave the price a "C" because I think $1400 (plus $100 original inspection fee, so really $1500) is a lot of money. The price is pretty much standard for the services performed, but it's a LOT of money. They were so highly recommended that I used them as I was so disgusted to discover that we had rats. I liked what Curtis had to say about his approach when he did the initial inspection; it made sense and appears to have worked. We will know if it worked when we have the final inspection, but I am confident that if there's still a problem, it will be handled.

I can't speak highly enough of Curtis' work. If your perimeter has been breached and the critters are in the attic, walls or basement this is definitely your guy! I hate to have to give C&T a "B" for professionalism instead of scoring them with all "A"s but I'm a stickler for honest reviews and I did have a slight scheduling issue once. Enough said. These guys ROCK!

They were very efficient in providing us with a knowledgeable review and estimate of our situation. We have a 2-story, 30-year-old house that had rats running accessing the attic area via a few entry points. They worked over a 6-week period to remove all rats. They also cleaned-up from the the debris left by the rats. Further they fix/corrected all the entry points to prevent future problems. The tenants have a baby and 2 other children, so C&T did a good job not to affect them with their process.

Overall the service went well. Tanya is incredibly well organized and reminded us of each of Curtis' visits ahead of time. Curtis was very pleasant, executed the work to protect our home with minimal fuss, and provided documentation to show its effectiveness. Hopefully I will not need to use them again--but if I do, I won't hesitate to call.

Curtis was always very punctual and professional -- a real pleasure to work with! Also our rat problem was completely eliminated. We are very happy with his service and would recommend his service very highly!

Everything went extremely well. First of all, we called C&T a few weeks before Thanksgiving, and even though they were very booked, they managed to fit us in so that we would not have to listen to little chewing sounds over the holidays. We really appreciated that! Curtis always came on the same day of the week, which made planning around him so convenient. Whenever there was extra work, or in this case a holiday, Curtis gladly came on Saturday. Curtis is a very professional, knowledgeable business owner. He always took his time, answered all questions, and walked the exterior multiple times explaining his work. I would recommend him without hesitation. Also, his wife Tanya handles the scheduling and was very accommodating when it came to getting him to our house as quickly as possible. Also, very appreciated! I rest well knowing that the work is guaranteed for a year, so if we have any more activity we can call.

C&T were prompt, professional, and did what they said they would do. Communication was very good. We're very happy and pleasantly surprised by Curtis's knowledge and expertise. We're going to sign up with them for a monthly maintenance contract. While the price seemed a little bit high, they did make more than half a dozen trips to our house, and did a great deal of work. Recommend very highly.

We had excellent service from them. They were fabulous in every way. They were really good. They did good service. They were professional. They come into your home to do service and they were great. It was really good stuff. I would recommend them very highly. I think they do extremely good work. They're very thorough and professional and they were wonderful to work with.

At the start of summer we noticed mouse activity in our pantry. Despite our best efforts we could not get rid of them and were continually replacing food that they were ruining. Curtis' first visit was the inspection. It took about 30 mins and he checked inside and out including our crawl space and attic. He gave us a detailed summary of where they were getting in and his plan to exterminate them. On his next visit he sealed the access points, placed traps under our house, in the garage and in our laundry room. After that he came back weekly to check the traps and dispose of any mice. The first time was the only time he found any mice in the traps. They were no longer getting into our house. On the last visit Curtis removed all the traps and sanitized the areas where the mice had been. Curtis was always on time, very professional, and just a very nice guy. He really knows his business. Also his wife Tanya is a pleasure to work with. She is who you will talk with to schedule your appts. and is very organized. She is great with emailing/texting reminders. We couldn't be happier with our outcome and will now use Curtis for bi-monthly yard pest control.

Curtis took his time and checked thoroughly for new entry points. Before I hired C&T I had wasted a lot of time and money with a large national pest control company. On his very first inspection, Curtis found all the problems the other company kept missing. C&T is one of the very few companies who will go into attic and sub floor spaces to inspect and seal off any places rodents enter the house. Curtis is also very good at providing information and suggestions on how to deal with pest problems other than rodents.

Very professional and thorough. Took time to explain various situations. Discovered the source of noises in our attic was a squirrel. Referred me to another company as they do not handle squirrels.

C & T does not cover my area. But they were very helpful with suggestions to ask other rodent exterminators. Hope that in future they will expand to my area

Curtis did a wonderful job getting rid of the pesky rats we had living in our attic. Upon discovering the rats I immediately called our current pest provider Orkin who set a few traps. Orkin just threw the traps in our attic and said they would be back in a few weeks. Of course as the week went by I checked and checked and nothing but yet I could still hear them. I had a hard time sleeping knowing that the rats were living in our house essentially and that my newborn daughters room was on the other side of where they were sleeping. Dissatisfied with Orkin my husband contacted C & T and set up a consultation with Curtis. Curtis came out and took a thorough look in our attic (crawled inside where the Orkin man refused) and was able to take pictures and really show me what the rats had been doing and living. I was beyond creeped out but knew that Curtis would take care of them and get rid of them. Over the next 6 weeks he showed up each week on time and took care to carefully set traps and investigate how they were getting in. With two weeks he caught several rats and began to close up all openings. Over the weeks I stopped hearing them and there were no new reports of them. I began to sleep better and feel that the rats were gone for good. He close up all openings and thoroughly cleaned all the previous rat nest and mess. I feel much better now knowing that the rats are gone and if there is a problem in the future he will come right back out to help us. Scheduling was great and Curtis was on time for every appointment. I highly recommend them for anyone with a pest. We liked them so much that I hired them to help us with our spiders in the coming weeks.

We discovered roof rats after moving in to a new home. After calling Curtis in for an inspection, he discovered numerous openings where the rats were entering our home...from the roof and underneath the house. He sealed all the openings and placed traps in the attic and the crawl space below the house. Curtis stopped by to check the traps once a week for 6 weeks, removing a number of dead rats caught in the traps. After the 5th and 6th week, the house was clear and we were rat free! He wrapped up the service by vacuuming up the droppings from the attic. It was amazing how detailed and careful Curtis was during the whole process. If you need an exterminator...call Curtis and Tanya!

Curtis is professional and friendly. Tanya organizes Curtis' schedule, prepares the paperwork and reminds clients of his scheduled arrival time. They were both very easy and very pleasant to work with. I felt comfortable having Curtis around; he is a true professional who exhibits pride in providing a quality job. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable about his work. Part of the service is that he will come back two more times to make sure that his fixes held. So far, all the evidence suggests that he was successful but if not, I am confident that he will keep working until the problem is solved. I would definitely recommend this service.

Curtis did an excellent job servicing our home. He is professional and took great care to not dirty our home after crawling in the attic and under the house. All work was performed to specification and done timely. I will be having Curtis do some additional work in the coming months.

We have had a problem with roof rats for years. We tried to stay ahead of the battle but this past winter it just got out of hand. I called C & T Rodent & Pest Control after reading some of the reviews and noticing they were rated number one in the area. I talked with Tanya who explained the process Curtis goes through and she answered any questions I had. She made all the appointments and followed up confirming them the day before. Curtis came out took pictures, set traps, closed off entry areas, made recommendations such as trimming trees and closing off openings by the garage door. He came out every week for 6 weeks. He was prompt and efficient. After 6 weeks he came back and cleaned and sanitized the attic spaces. They both have been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Curtis arrived on time and spent about an hour doing what appeared to be a very thorough inspection inside the house, around the outside of the house and also in the crawl space. He noted only a couple of minor issues for follow-up. I had been working on rodent exclusion myself, but wanted a professional assessment. I was very pleased that he completed the assessment, gave me the results and didn't attempt to promote any additional (and unneeded) services.
