Curtis is a nice, trustworthy guy who does a great job. He helped rid us of the mice in our attic. He came back several weeks in a row, installed traps, checked traps, sealed up entrance points, etc. Guaranteed his work for two years. I would definitely use him again.

Curtis of C&T Rodent Exclusion & Pest Control removed rodent damaged insulation from my 3500 square foot home's attic and replaced it with blown in R49 insulation. He also found and sealed entry points for rodents. Curtis supplied me with photos of his work as it progressed. The job took two full days to complete, ending on Jan. 15, 2019. C&T gave me a one year warranty on work done and also a follow up visit to recheck work. Based on the size of the job and the high quality of work done, I believe a price of $10,000 was very reasonable. I highly recommend C&T Rodent Exclusion and Pest Co. for rodent exclusion work.

They only caught a few rats on our property, but they also plugged holes that we would never known were there, which was a big plus. Curtis is very professional and a genuine person, and Tanya did a great job managing the schedule and communication.

We are extremely pleased with the overall service that C&T provided. Very professional and dedicated work. Curtis was a great guy and felt like a friend from day one. He explained the 6 week process and completed everything they said they would. He remove some critters the 2nd and 3rd week, closed everything up and we never saw another critter since. Their price was better than everyone I contacted. I was hesitant because of that, but nobody could have done better. My wife and I were very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone. When we contacted the company, Tanya provided us with an overview of the services that the company offers and worked with our schedules to arrange for Curtis to come out to our home and conduct the inspection. On the day of the scheduled service, Curtis communicated with us on his estimated arrival time. Upon his arrival, Curtis provided us with an overview of the inspection process and then performed a very thorough inspection of the exterior of our home, our attic and crawl space under our home. As Curtis performed the inspection he advised us about areas in our home that are prone to enabling rodents access. Curtis was able to identify the source of our problem -provided us with a summary of his findings. Curtis is very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. I was especially pleased with his thoroughness. My experience with a few others firms over the years has been that the companies did not actually crawl under the entire house to look for areas of intrusion but rather only looked at areas adjacent to the access point. Curtis takes the time to inspect all of the areas (even the hard to get locations. After spending a good amount of time with Curtis he left me with the impression that he and his company are honest and trustworthy - I felt they are not out to sell services that you do not need.

This company was too busy to come look at my project. But, they communicated with me promptly and even offered to try and fit me into their schedule, if I could not find someone else. I eventually did find someone, but the offer to still try and help was greatly appreciated. Then, when I told them I found someone, they sent me a list of reminders that would help if I needed pest control services in the future.

We spent $2k instead of $7k from a competitor who was dishonest, and Curtis & Tanya are AMAZING. Rats are prolific with all the rain and they got our situation under control honestly, professionally & quickly at a fraction of the inflated and made up charges others were quoting us. They did what they said they would do, always showed up when scheduled and we are hiring them now to do monthly maintenance so the little critters don't come back! Initial work was completed Jan 2018

First contacted C & T around the holidays. All phone, text & email contact was with Tanya. She quoted $100 for an inspection, which included a report identifying all access points & a plan to eradicate. I was told that their eradication program involved a once-a-week inspection for six weeks, with all points of entry sealed off, and numerous traps set each week. That cost would be $1,000 and included a warranty for one year if the rodents returned. We set an appointment for a few weeks later. Curtis arrived when scheduled & inspected the subarea, taking pictures. He seemed knowledgeable, explained where he found entry points & how he would trap the rodents over several weeks. I told him that I would agree to the service program for $1,000, as long as the warranty was provided. He said I would be sent pictures & a contract shortly. So far, so good. Then came the bad. Week 1 - no response. Week 2 - no response. Same for Week 3. Finally, I contacted Tanya to see what was going on, since I had heard nothing & no pictures were ever sent. She said that she had been sick and hoped to get something to me shortly. Days later I received a few pictures of a small portion of our subarea (none of which showed points of entry), along with a note that the "discounted" service program would be $2,400 which included removal of insulation material & sanitizing. I responded that this is not what was promised & further, I expected to see the rest of the pictures of our subarea. Frankly, I was more interested in where the rodents were getting in & how the patching/sealing would be completed. She said she would send the other pictures.....but the delay was due to their scanner not working. Days later, the problem was that their camera date on the pictures wasn't working right. Finally, additional pictures were sent.....of the wrong house. I pointed this out, only to be sent more pictures of another home...not mine. That was it....... The bottom line is I had one impression of this company leading up to the inspection, and quite another after. I neglected to mention to Tanya that I am a licensed broker and have owned & managed properties throughout much of my career. I'm used to dealing with pest control issues and hiring companies to deal with these issues. I honor my word and expect service providers to do the same. I don't know what the real story is/was with this company, but I didn't like the way this evolved & I certainly will never hire them. I don't typically write reviews, but I thought my experience might just show that "top rated" online reviews & ratings don't always tell the full story.

There were some delays but they always informed me ahead of time. They continue to monitor for any remaining rats.

Curtis and Tanya were both very professional and pleasant. Curtis did a very thorough initial inspection of both the crawl space and attic, and then provided a reasonable estimate on cost. Once work started, Curtis sealed up all possible entry points. Prior to work, we were trapping a rat approximately every two weeks or month. Once the entry points were sealed, Curtis still came weekly to inspect traps and seal any other possible areas. Today was the final visit which involved sanitation and other clean-up. Tanya was very communicative on appointments and timing. All in all, we would certainly use C&T Rodent Control again (if needed) and highly recommend them!

Excellent we felt very comfortable having Curtis here. We had confidence enough to have him enter our property without us being present And he sealed off all places where the critters were getting in a.k.a. rats We've never had rats before ever I felt confident having C & T handle this

Since I live in an open space area with lots of wildlife, it is essential that I have an excellent rodent control program. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. He seals off any entry areas and traps and removes rodents. Each month he crawls through the darkest spaces under the house to ensure there are no new entry points. He addresses any that occur. We live in the hills between 2 creeks. We had rodents who were digging underneath the house foundation and getting into the house. Curtis of C & T Rodent Exclusion and Pest Control helped us seal up entry spots, and put concrete down as barrier. We had tried many other companies that couldn't clear up the problem, but after a 6 week rat proofing process that was completed in March 2017, we have had no further problems. Living in a very woody area, we also need regular pest maintenance to help control the plethora of indoor and outdoor pests. Curtis provides monthly pest control services to us, and has helped us minimize issues with pests. I have been extremely happy with the quality of the service, and the professionalism of the company.

They came as many times as it took to get rid of all of the rats in our attic. We've been in our home for 40 years, and have had this service done by other companies and none have ever been this efficient. Curtis and his team came out every week until the rats were completely eradicated. They were great about scheduling, were always very timely and efficient. Curtis was so personable and a delight to have around. They were outstanding and were worth every penny.
