Description of Work: It went great. There was quite of bit of problems. We were doing a bathroom remodel. Found the problem and did not have it in our budget. They cleaned up and did a nice job. I looked in the crawl space as well to make sure and they included some expanding foam to close off openings.

Description of Work: They came out to the house and did a thorough inspection. they gave me a detailed report and a bid for services. My tenant decided they wanted to handle the problem on their own but the vendor was professional at all times. I would definitely use them in the future if I had the problem again.

Description of Work: I would hire again. I'd want to get a better understanding up front of cost & service for the price. Identified possible entry points for rats in attic & crawlspace. Provided evalulation & suggestions to prevent entry and to eliminate (kill) rats that do enter. Was on time, professional, knowledgable, offered good suggestions. Didn't set traps or fix entry points. Price seemed a little high for only suggestions and no action.

Description of Work: Bought a big new house in Danville. There was evidence of prior and current rodent issues. Curtis, the owner/operator, is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and most of all, effective. He successfully rodent-proofed and cleaned the house. Came back several times to check things. When we needed additional work for a separate issue, we didn't hesitate for a second to contract with C&T again. Tanya, who I believe is his wife, keeps you fully informed via email. I will definitely use C&T again if the need arises, and I will highly recommend them to others. Thank you Curtis!

Description of Work: For 4-6 weeks of thorough and complete rodent profit in home ( attic , garage and all entry points ). Also included removal of soiled and damaged (infected ) insulation.

Description of Work: They claimed to have plugged all holes under house so rodents couldn't enter. After many appointments they claimed small field mice can get through very tiny holes and a monthly service would be necessary. I was so disappointed after paying $1,100 that I chose to call a different pest company for the monthly service. The new company reported to me and showed me pictures as proof, that many obvious holes were not plugged. In addition, Curtis agreed to clean up under the house. Again, the new company claimed that it was filthy and a clean up could not have been done. I feel completely taken advantage of and very disappointed as this was my first use of Angies List.

Description of Work: They gave me an honest assessment and recommended repairs which i did myself and with a less expensive contractor. They said there was no sign of rats but ironically we caught one in the trap the next day.

Description of Work: Curtis came to house as promised and did a good inspection. The problem was follow up. It took over a week to get any word of further estimate. My last contact was to ask about their pest maintenance plan and I still have not heard back from them. It may be be a summer thing, but I would not call them again because of the unresponsiveness. We have gone with another provider.

Description of Work: Curt inspected our whole house for rodents, found some areas where they were nesting, and then created a treatment package that would exterminate and eliminate entry point for the animals. He came weekly for 5 weeks and gave us thorough imspection upon completion. He was a pleasure to work with and did very good work.
