The absolute WORST. 2 people arrived at 9:00am, were gone before 11:50am when I returned home to pick up a bag. I was surprised they were gone so quickly as they were scheduled to to a deep clean. I even left a sheet of instructions with what needed to be done so that we were all on the same page. AND met them when they arrived and went through the house with them to make sure we were all looking at the same things. I just emailed the owner several photos of the way the house was left. Oven, still dirty, sink, still dirty, bathroom shower, same condition. Random furniture dusting done, floors, same with random dustballs still left in the front bedroom. Baseboards and window blinds not done at all. I left cash and a tip. I don't get it. The owner (Poliana) comes back to me with, "Excuse me?? Do you really think that my people will go to your house and stay there for 3 hours (they didn't) and I will return your money back? She offered to have them come back on WED this week to re-do. I refused as I have guests coming in from Boston for 2 weeks tomorrow morning and am now cleaning what they didn't. I told her I wanted a refund. She refused and told me I was being RUDE and that if I wanted them to come back and re-do "whatever I want them to do to fix the problem but that's IT, if it works for you, good, if not, I'm sorry". I responded that this was ridiculous and that we're done and good luck.

I moved to a new location and hired Traditional Cleaners for a first deep cleaning. I have a dog and a child and love that they use green products. The cleaning was detailed and spotless! I'm very happy and will have Traditional Cleaners on a weekly schedule starting next month.
