Bill is friendly, professional and competent. He's willing to learn also: we did some unusual things on this job. Bill also teaches plumbing at Laney College. Things went great. We did have a bit of confusion about hole sizes through some structural 2x4's. That's not uncommon with plumbing in general, but be sure to check code for maximum hole sizes, and plan accordingly.
Description of Work: Bill rerouted some drains for us, fixed a prior plumber's tangle of pipes, and installed a shower. He also help quiet some pipes and as a bonus made a cheap toilet not drip water from the bowl ('it's worth saving he said').
