Description of Work: I bought a condo with carpet over concrete floor in the living/dining room area. I wanted to remove the carpet and install hardwood flooring. T and T was excellent in working with me by having the carpet company remove the old carpet/pad first. Then they did a moisture check to be sure the flooring would work and advised that it would be best for me to have the concrete resurfaced to make it truly level for a good installation. Once the concrete was prepared, T and T installers came and laid the beautiful new cherry flooring in one day. I love it and am completely happy with the job they did.

+ -1 moreOverall, their service is outstanding and Vinny the owner showed up on day 1 and 2, made sure the project was going in the right direction
Description of Work: If I could give these guys an extra "kudos", I would. These guys started on Thurs. and by Sat. they were finished installing 1100sq. ft. of solid bamboo flooring. Granted the house was bare concrete but they came in and used a grinder then leveled the concrete w/ additional concrete. The trim work is outstanding AND one of the guys did not like the "look" of one of the floor boards that they had laid and glued so he took it upon himself to cut the old one out and fit another in its place. These guys pay attention to detail!!! They don't speak English very good but turn them loose on your floors and you'll be happy. I highly recommend them. Good job guys!!

+ -1 moreThe sales Representative that came out had really good sales skills and were very professional. He even made a follow up call with me but I found the price to be just too much for plain hardwood floors.
Description of Work: These guys came out to give me an estimate on removing and replacing 450 square feet of hardwood flooring in my upstairs. ($4,500.00)

+ -1 moreThis project was a very costly disaster for us. The final cost exceeded the initial bid by $6,000. The refinish crew stained the floors with two different colors, and the whole downstairs had to be re sanded and re stained. They charged an additional $1,500 to correct their mistake and we had to spend an additional 10 days in a hotel. Use this company only at your own peril.......
Description of Work: Refinish and some installation of white oak flooring on a 2 story house.

+ -1 moreThe company was punctual and polite, but communication was poor. Their English isn't particularly good and contributed to a significant misunderstanding. The personnel on the phone are good, but the onsite personnel need help. Specifically, a fairly obvious project that needed to be done (regarding the baseboard) was mishandled. The estimator said ''we'll do it this way'' but the guys who did the job said ''no, we have to do it another way and the other guy was wrong.'' Other than that, they were fine. The job was done well and they cleaned up pretty well. Overall, I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreThis company does excellent work. They repaired a couple of damaged boards and after the job was finished, I couldn't tell which boards had been replaced. They are quick and clean. They do a great job of sealing off the area and I really didn't have much dust in the rest of the house. T and T has done work for 4 of our friends and they all had good experiences, too.

+ -1 moreThey were a low cost company and they were pretty good. They did the job cheap and fast, but they didn't clean up very well. They didn't fix the loose boards, and they said they couldn't be fixed. They just didn't want to fool with it. I would not recommend
