+ -1 moreI arrived at the house 15 minutes early expecting to be well ahead of Star Inspection. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Bill was already there, and had started the inspection! We walked from room to room, while he performed various tests, explaining everything along the way. I walked away from the inspection feeling like it was the best money that I've ever spent.
Description of Work: Pre-purchase inspection. I chose the 'check list' inspection, which provided a surprisingly deep amount of detail. Overall went great- though the news wasn't always good. Bill, the inspector, knew his stuff and was very helpful answering all of my questions. He took his time performing the inspection, and made sure that I understood all the problems that he pointed out.
