Beware, Trevor is extremely incompetent and a complete rip off. All we needed was a simple 240 panel swap First he gave us a price to start in 3 days and a price to start in 5 days for 8k more. This was on a formal written quotation. We chose 3 days because it was an emergency. He ended up ordering the wrong panel and by the time the replacement was delivered, we were at 7 days. He still charged us the additional 8k. Next, the 2nd panel had a connections approximately 12" further than the original panel. Without quoting or even indicating that we would have to pay for this he replaced a few feet of 100 amp wire and added $4200 to the invoice! The best one is the $1500 he added to "determine which phase the stinger leg was was supposed to be on." He checked alright by process of elimination. He guessed wrong and caught my office on fire! What kind of person has the nerve to charge for that after setting your building on fire? We ended up withholding payment on the last 2 charges to get clarity from him about their legitimacy. He showed up at our business very hostile and started screaming about giving him his money and what he would do if I didn't. He had already been paid the 19k on the original estimate. He would not listen to anything or leave and ultimately I had to threaten to call the cops to get him out of there. This guy is a scam artist and a safety hazard. Save your wallet and your building and hire someone else.

Trevor is great! I found me an electrician! Would highly recommend, great person in general as well.

Run fast if Trevor comes. I paid $675 to have door bell camera installed. I does not work with my phone. He promised to fix it. He said that he had experience installing this type of device, but it was obvious he had never done it before. Run Fast!

An excellent electrician. He was on time and worked efficiently. I had a difficult problem, in an older home in Oakland hills, and he discovered it and fixed it, along with a few other things he saw along the way. I would recommend this company to anyone having an electrical problem.

This company, especially the owner Trevor is a con artist. Took him more than 4 hours to fix a simple electrical problem. If I did not tell him that I get some body to check on this problem, it might take him 12 hours to fix it.

He was smart professional fast and funny. He is such a great person and very knowledgeable about many things. He worked late to make sure the project got done quickly and I feel that he added great value to my life. I am so happy I got to meet him and cannot wait to figure out what I want him to work on next. He will be going far in life and will become an asset to his community and the world!

He was professional,smart, methodical and a great detective who figured out my flickering lights and circuit that was sizzling. He was done in 3 hours and a very reasonable cost I highly recommend him. I would call him back in a second should The need arise. Great job Trevor of spark electric

This guy was really good and knew his stuff. The problem was I came in way over budget on the project. I thought he was a bit too high in pricing I needed the job done so I used him. I will use him again if my normal guy is not able to do the work. Good work and paid for it!

Great service friendly and professional

I would highly recommend Spark Smith Electric. Trevor. Smith completed the job in a professional, timely manner. He had to replace the recessed down lights in my kitchen and needed to assess the wiring in the crawl space. He also had to trouble-shoot the outlet for the microwave oven. He did a great job!

Trevor Spark is timely, keeps in contact when there is a time issue, and is willing to do both small and large projects----just what any homeowner needs in an electrician. And he is an extremely nice person to work with as well.

Did a great job

Trevor was responsive. He was late but contacted us to let us know. We scheduled a consultation and he was able to get to work that same day. Pricey and not completely upfront about fees - he charged an extra 20% for ?overhead? which he didn't tell us about initially. But electricians are hard to come by (we had two no shows prior) so I guess they can charge whatever they want.

Trevor did a great job. I thought he would come out & give me an estimate, make an appointment to come back and do the job, but he told me how much it would cost and completed the job the same day. Fantastic!

Trevor was very nice, and squeezed us in at the end of a work day. However, he arrived after 7 PM when he said he would come at 5-6 PM to troubleshoot a ceiling fan and light with a remote that had stopped working. After 1-1/4 hour, he was unable to fix the problem, saying that we could try taking the whole apparatus back to home depot and see if we could get an exchange. He charged for the full hour and a quarter plus the $45 Home Advisor fee. He could have at least taken the quarter hour off of the total, which was about $175.

Trevor is great. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. Did a great job at troubleshooting my light fixture problem and was fast.
