+ -1 moreSophie's Pest Solutions does our monthly ant spray. We have a lot of ant hills around the property and a lot of construction happening in our area this is causing uproar of activity. Sophia is so diligent and thorough at tracking down nests. She listens our concerns and directions and handles everything like a pro. We were also getting random bug bites and Sophia and Q were able to pin point what was causing the issue (carpet beetles). They did follow up visits (included with the treatment) to make sure the problem was resolved and taught us what to look out for if they came back and what we needed to do to not be so inviting. Side note, we have lots of animals. Dogs, cats, and chickens. She’s always careful to not contaminate their areas. We really appreciate that because we've had issues with past companies.

+ -1 moreSophie helped us out with a roach problem. She gave clear directions for prep, and talked to me a couple times on the phone answering all of my anxious questions. I really appreciated the communication. They were also professional and quick when they came to spray in person, and found a leak under the house that our landlady is now working on getting fixed. So far the process has been smooth and painless! Would definitely work with them again.
