+ 0 moreThe quality of the door was inferior and the first rain caused the wood to split. He would make a appointment and then have to call and reschedule. This was a re occurring throughout the entire project. The door itself needed to be replace due to warping with the first rain as well as the cracking. He was very professional and did in the long run, stand by his work. The biggest issue was the scheduling issues that persisted.
Description of Work: Outsourced the making of new windows and a door for the front of my Victorian house and then installed them.

+ -1 moreVery poor customer service. Jack (who seems like a nice guy) forgot his first appointment with us until prompted by phone. After the appointment, he failed to fax an estimate a few days later as agreed. On prompting a week later, he promised to fax the estimate the next day and failed to do so.
Description of Work: Performed an estimate on replacing aging windows.

+ -1 moreJACK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN A NEAT, AND TIMELY FASHION. HE INSTALLED NEW WINDOWS ONLY WHERE NEEDED, AND REPAIRED THOSE THAT COULD BE SALVAGED.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT, REPAIRED AND/OR REPLACED NUMEROUS WOOD WINDOWS IN A 4 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX.
