Job was well done and professional.

Edwin and his crew is the best out there for stamped concrete job, from start to finish, I am very pleased with the professionalism and expertise. You cannot go wrong with Perez & Perez General Contractor Inc. His crew took care of re-designing the backyard from the demolition, leveling the entire yard, a concrete retaining wall and redwood fence on all sides, stamped/stained concrete pads and paths, landscaping, drainage, replacing the old water pipes with new copper ones, tile work etc. This was no small job as our yard is approximately 1600+ square feet. Besides quality of work, his crew is very professional, hard-working, polite and honest in pricing (honored all the applicable discounts ex. Angie’s list discount), I would definitely hire him again for my next project.

I was very pleased with work done by Perez & Perez General Contractors. My building walls were damaged by rain. Edwin was fair in pricing of the drainage and concrete work required. The estimated time for work was accurate. If an unforeseen problem arose, he would inform me. There was a further drainage issue. Edwin said it would take 2 more day to complete the job. The works were proficient and courteous.

Edwin Perez was very responsive. He showed up the day after I initiated the request for an estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable and communicates very clearly. His estimate included all of the work to be done. Although we had two other estimates, they were either open-ended or were incomplete. I chose Perez & Perez because I believed they could do the job completely without any unanticipated out-of-scope work. The work started on schedule. The crew was organized, knew exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable. They, too, were friendly, professional in their work and communicated very well. They cleaned up the surrounding area and made it spotless. The results are superb. The concrete work exceeds our expectations. Not only does it strengthen the foundation, it also looks very pleasing and blends into the surrounding area. It looks like it was a part of the original construction. Perez & Perez Construction is definitely on our "preferred vendor list" for construction and concrete work. We highly recommend them.

The job was done in the most professional manner. Edwin did the drawings and met with the city to pull the permits. Exceeded my expectations.

It didn't because he decided to not do this job but HE FAILED TO TELL ME. Guess how is waiting for Mr. Perez no longer.

I came with a bunch of problems and Edwin came with a bunch of solutions. A new drainage system was installed, well below grade. All of my gutters were connected to the drainage and now everything flows to the street. My entire side yard, once a disaster of 6 different concrete pours sloping toward the house, was demolished. I made a rough design of a new patio and Edwin ran with it and now I have a side yard worthy of a magazine. Plenty of drains, proper sloping, and superior transitions to existing, older concrete. The biggest impact came from the tearing down of a pony wall separating the hill from the house. A portion of the house addition was exposed, so they demolished stucco, put in flashing, and repaired it like new. My home, finally, is completely sealed from the outside elements. The stucco job is worth noting because the work is truly an art form. Some of the things that makes Perez & Perez stand out: * Communication - Ranks among the best contractors I've worked with. * Fresh ideas - Edwin is an idea guy, lots of fantastic, smart, and money-saving ideas. * Cleanliness - The workers tidied up each day, right down to scooping leftover rocks off my lawn by hand. * Prompt - Workers were typically at my home 10 minutes before starting time. In conclusion, I consider Perez & Perez to be a tremendously good value for a high caliber of service. I will be using them again for other projects around my home.

I ultimately did not proceed with the project, but I would definitely hire Edwin Perez for a future project. Edwin replied promptly to my request for a quote, set up a meeting for the same week, and was willing to spend as much time as needed to discuss the project once on site. In my opinion you would be in good hands with Perez and Perez if you're looking for a concrete contractor.

The estimate was prompt and service was scheduled and completed quickly once the estimate was approved.

Very well everything that was discussed was performed. Have called Mr. Perez for another project.

The job was completed in 2 weeks as I did add to the job - to redo the flashing on the side of the house, out away from the foundation. Which the previous job/flip was not done properly and the flashing was parallel to the foundation - so fixed that too. Looks so much better and does the job - no more moisture/water coming into the lower level bedroom. I'm super happy with how everything turned out - Edwin and his team are wonderful to work with!! He has 20+ years of experience and wants things done the right way. I plan on having Edwin & team continue to help me with leveling out the backyard!!

They did such a great job. I'm very pleased. The price for the job was very good as well. They're very respectful and caring.

The work went very well. I heard of him from a friend and the work he did for him gave me faith that I could trust him. He was punctual and the workmanship was fantastic.
