Justin and his team were great. We were in a very difficult situation with an unreasonable inspector on a kitchen project who was requiring a correction to the permit that was potentially very expensive and VERY messy... Justin was super empathetic and helpful even offering to talk to the inspector to try and see ig there was any way to get the penalty lessened. He gave us a great deal and found a way to do the work with minmal disruption to the drywall on the 2 different levels and 6 different locations (imagine just finishing / cleaning up after a kitchen remodel and now being told you have to tear up all the walls to get these detectors hard-wired all b/c a Berkeley inspector had a bad day) - Justin promised he'd do his best to find a way to keep the disruption to a minimum, and at the end there were really only 4 SMALL spots where he had to cut and where he did he went the extra mile to put the pieces back. When he left it was spotless. Great guy. Totally recommend him.

I was impressed with their punctuality, their efficiency and the quality of their work. They will also be installing a bathroom ventilation fan. The owner was pro-active with the job, which made me feel he is committed to me as a customer. Their prices are comparable to the market rate.
