Description of Work: I have used Painting Concepts for at least 15 years, inside an out. They have done painting on the interior & exterior of my home, re stained my deck and refinished my mahogany front door. They also stained my concrete driveway and steps.

+ -1 moreI called Painting Concepts on Friday July 14 to have them do an estimate to paint over some gang graffiti on my duplex in Rockridge. They called me back and said they would be by on Tuesday July 18 and would call me that day with an estimate. They never called, and have not returned any of the three calls I made to find out what was going on.
