Description of Work: I have used Natural Home Cleaning Professionals for housecleaning.

Description of Work: I have not received service from this company so my review/remarks are based solely on my experience with the estimate process. I completed the on-line form about the size of/number of rooms in my house and on the basis of that information, I was given an estimate, on the phone, of $255 for an initial 'deep cleaning.' The number of rooms in my house does not relate to what is actually IN the rooms and what might need special attention, or, on the other hand, just light cleaning. It's impossible to suggest a 'deep cleaning' without seeing the furniture, floors, ornaments and other furnishings requiring to be cleaned. I was told that the 'deep cleaning' was to bring my house up to the company's standard. I would have preferred a discussion about MY standards and expectations. So, I did not feel comfortable arranging for someone who had never seen my house or knew my own standards to clean my house. I cannot speak personally to the quality of their work, but I do know people who use their service and are very happy with them.

Description of Work: There were a few hiccups in getting the job scheduled but they were good about calling back to get it scheduled. I was very pleased with the work - they left my house sparkling!
