The office staff was prompt in returning my call to set up cleaning. They gave me an appointment for a day within my desired time frame. Really easy to set up appointment. The two young men who came were on time, courteous, careful and thorough. I am very pleased with Mr. Sparkle and will certainly use them again. They have previously worked for me to clean gutter and wash windows.

Terrific - great team - efficient, professional and please with the finished work

Very well; my technician even adjusted the total price because there were actually fewer downspouts than originally quoted. I would not have noticed that, and really appreciate him being proactive in making the adjustment. The crew did a great job and cleaned up very well.

Although they arrived late, they were very professional once they started. They did a very thorough and worked efficiently. I was shocked at how much better the windows looked! Will definitely have them come again.

Great! The guys are thorough, detailed and friendly. I have an indoor cat, and the guys were so considerate and helpful, making sure cat didn't sneak outside.

The two guys who showed up to clean our windows did an impeccable job of working efficiently while in/outside of our home. They wore plastic booties when coming inside, which I really appreciated since our upstairs room is carpeted. They were also really organized with all their tools and materials, and were not noisy. My husband wanted to use the same window cleaning company that he had used for his condo in the past - once again, really good prices and they were on time. They also completed the job on time, and within the time frame they said it would take. Thank you Mr. Sparkle! :-)

Great job. They did miss one small window at the back of the house

they did an excellent job!! I couldn't believe how wonderful it was to have clean windows. It was worth the cost and that very day I recommended them to my neighbor.

First of all, Mr Sparkle are the most responsive and organized service provider I have ever used. On top of all emails, calls?and it is completely clear at all points what the status is of your query, or who is getting back to whom. I cannot say a) how important this is and b) how great it is when someone gets it so right. As for the service itself, 3 people showed up, did great work, were really polite, professional, helped each other and checked each other's work. It really was great. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely use them again for all window work, but also other work they do like gutter clearance.

Fantastic! The crew was well organized and careful during the entire cleaning process. All exterior screens were removed, washed and replaced. The exterior window glass was left perfectly clean with no squeegee marks or residue. All window sills were also wiped down. I would recommend to anyone seeking a quality window washer.

Always amazing. Crew super nice, polite, professional. Never complain despite very difficult access issues. Would use them again and again (and have used them for years)

Great.. Skylights and high windows

I would highly recommend Mr. sparkle for window cleaning. They are extremely professional, punctual, and do an excellent job.

All went well. I do wish someone had pointed out that someone had torn a piece of the film that covered my living room window.

They cleaned the gutters ... but in the process, got mud and water on the house and INSIDE our windows! I now have to take off my shrink-plastic window insulation, let the windows dry out, and replace it. No small job! I called to complain but they just said, "That's not supposed to happen." Another window is plastered with mud and debris, which is ironic, considering their name. The guy who came by the house to give me a quote was really nice and knowledgeable, but the staff that showed up for the job didn't seem to know anything he and I had talked about -- the special needs of our roof, the one repair they were supposed to make, etc. I went with them based on the good reviews -- and even paid $100 more than another bid (from B&B) -- but I won't be using them again.

They come when they say they will, very efficient, fabulous work. They are very pleasant to work with and not expensive.

They're amazing. They come on time. Their prices are fair. They do a great job. The windows are clean as they can be. They come into your house wearing special slippers so they don't get anything dirty.

I like the quality of their work. They weren't on time but they called to let them know because somebody called in sick. They got the job done in less time than they estimated. They did a good job. I felt they were a little pricey but I'll probably call them next year.

My wife used them and she was very pleased. They did very good, all the windows are clean. We would recommend them.
