It went amazingly well. We have Mr Sparkle come out twice a year and it’s wirth every penny!

Very well. They were prompt, early even, well mannered, quiet and efficient fellows. Nothing that had daunted us over the years phased them a bit. They were neat and courteous. We will have them back!

Appt was for 8:30-4ish. Three young men. Arrived on time! Super organized and respectful. I believe the man in charge was Foo. There was James, the inside guy, super courteous and another young man I don't remember his name. They were thorough, efficient and cleaned up completely after. I especially liked that Foo went through the house after to check all work to ensure it was done correctly and completely. Highly recommend.

Fine. Providers were very prompt and efficient. The lead cleaner was rather abrupt and did not introduce himself or his partner. He said he was here to do the windows and then effectively walked into my home and started finding the windows without any other words. His lack of courtesy made me feel uncomfortable. When finished he curtly gave me the receipt, did not ask if I found everything satisfactory, and did not say thank you. While the service itself was very good, the interface making the appointment was efficient, I am not entirely sure I would use your company again based on the the courtesy/friendliness of the actual service personnel.

This company is amazing. Exactly how all businesses should be run. Initially it was a mixed job. The inside was done to perfection. But there was a problem with the outside. I had heard from neighbors that this was a very good company so I called with my complaint. I never expected such a prompt courteous and professional response. They sent someone out to assess the job and then sent a crew to complete what was not completed. They went so far beyond what was needed. I was amazed. My windows are sparkling. My gutters are spotless. Everything done to perfection. I almost want to say it restores my faith in humankind. Great company. Beautiful work.

It went very well. I was surprised that they sent only one worker, but Cartell finished in the exact time he said he would. He was pleasant and professional and very tidy. The first thing he did was put on paper booties. His truck was neat and clean and the equipment was in very good condition. Overall a very good experience.

It did not go as well as the first time I hired them. I had to go over their work after they said they were done. Still dirty on most all windows and they forgot to clean the bathroom window until I mentioned it. I think I am going to try another company next time I have my windows cleaned to see how they do.

Mr. Sparkle was punctual and worked with my schedule. Even more importantly, they did an excellent job cleaning the windows and screens and they look fantastic. There is not a single streak. The price was not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. Will definitely use again next time.

Excellent, all the way through. Cal showed up exactly on time and worked straight through. The job took a little longer than planned because he was alone rather than with one co-worker as scheduled, but his cleaning was excellent and we found him very responsive to questions and requests. The only minor glitch was that when we returned our commitment and confirmation as requested to Mr. Sparkle, we asked them acknowledge receipt and confirm in turn to us they would show up as planned. When they did not reply we followed up and received a message that suggested they hadn't understood our request. A minor point, yes, but I'll be direct here: when I request a confirmation I expect one. That said, we are repeat customers and expect to hire them again.

They were just fine, easy to work with. They came out soon after I called, and everything was very smooth.

Very well. A crew of 3 young men showed up and completed the whole job in about 5 hours. I've have not seen any missed marked or smudges. They were very courteous and we will invite them back again.

Great, very polite and professional. A couple fingerprints left, otherwise nothing to complain about. I've hired Mr Sparkle many times for the same work. They now pay their employees a living wage like other Bay Area businesses, which I appreciate even though it increased the price slightly.

It was great! They were on time (even a little early), wore booties to keep our floors clean, were polite and professional, did a really thorough job and took just about an hour. Our screens are so clean and the windows are too! Made such a difference in the light coming in our place.

It went very well. The crew arrived early and I wasn't home, but they did an excellent job. They also did a quick touch-up the next day on one section where the gutter filter was still clogged. They are very accommodating, courteous and prompt.
