Moran Supply Inc

I was sent there because all the other plumbing supply stores and big wholesalers said Moran would have my part. They did not have my gasket, and they would not rush order it. However the gasket was available in toilet kits which they had in stock. I purchased the toilet from a reputable contractor whom they knew. But the Moran counter person said I had no proof that he bought the toilet them, and furthermore that particular contractor had moved away. They told me to go online to Kohler and order it myself. They would not give me the part number, even though they recongnized the gasket and even though they had it in a kit. This is all in the name of course of insuring me that I got the correct part. The person was so uninteresed, if he had been nicer he probably could have sold me a whole toilet, since mine only lasted 3 years before the tank gasket failed. My shower head was broken too, but I never got around to that. Contractors only with lots of money to spend should go here. This is not a place to get customer service.

They had exactly what I needed were very helpful, and although the store was busy, the wait was reasonable. When I decided to replace the shower head as well, they gave me a discount.
