McCoy Insulation

I called McCoy insulation first thing in the morning for an estimate. I spoke to the son. He told me his dad does all the estimating, and he wasn't in yet. He took down my phone number and said his dad would call back within the hour. 5 hours later still no call so I called back. This time I got an answering machine. I left a message with number. 5 days later still no call back.

We discovered that the exterior walls were lacking in insulation. We obtained several quotes for installing insulation. McCoy's came out lowest and in fact their quote was cheaper than purchasing the insulation ourselves and installing it. Carl McCoy, the company owner, was informative on the phone and his son came out and installed the insulation. We were so pleased with the result that we asked for a quote on insulating the ceiling which McCoy's then did. Carl McCoy gave instructions as how to apply for PGand E energy rebates which we received, effectively reducing the total price by 25%.
