Scott was very helpful, professional, and cleaned up after himself. He even stayed later than he had planned to help me deal with one of the colors that I decided I didn't like after it got up on the wall (my fault). I plan on having him back to put the correct color in that room as soon as we decide which color we want. I would definitely recommend him!

Scott did a fabulous job! He was thorough, professional, and efficient. He was also a big help on selecting the right colors and making sure I understood the myriad differences in types of paint and finishes. After the job was over, he meticulously went through the archive of paint cans in our garage to inventory what was there, label it, and toss the old/expired paint (even provided me with a location for safe disposal of the paint). A-plus rating - I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about Scott, both in his approach and the quality of his service. I was impressed with the questions he asked going back to the first phone call we had. I could tell he was a good listener. When we first spoke, I had not yet made final color selections. His consulting really helped me to focus. He was adamant that I put up samples in each room before making a decision. He was patient with me regarding the time it took to make my final selections. As to the painting itself, I was impressed at how deliberately he worked; in fact at times, I had to ask him if he needed a break! He was also flexible when prepping the job always aware of the other work being done in the home. He also kept the house as clean as he could, vacuuming each room as he competed the prep. The quality of the finished product was what I expected from someone as experienced as Scott. I would not hesitate to hire Mastercraft Custom Interiors when I have another painting project in mind.

I contacted Scott through Angies list. He got back to me very quickly suggesting we set up a call to discuss the project. As soon as I was able to get on the phone and describe the project we set up a time a few days later to come check out the job site to craft an estimate. Scott was able to come on a Saturday morning and provided an estimate by Saturday night. He wasn't sure how long the wallpaper removal would take but estimated a minimum/maximum cost so I'd know what to expect. I booked the actual work for just a few weeks later. Scott also dropped off color swatch booklets so I could pick a tone. On the booked day, he and his coworker arrived promptly at 8am to get going. The split work between painting the nursery and prepping the bathroom. The wallpaper removal ended up taking around 10 hours so the night of the 1st day Scott sent me a revised proposal with the wallpaper estimate included. Work began again the following day to finish prepping the bathroom and painting it. The job was finished after a few hours (painting goes much faster than wallpaper!). Scott was very good at involving me along the way if anything came up regarding removing anchors or patching holes etc. I peeked in on the work and was happy to see things kept very clean and orderly. I'm glad I found Scott, it was great to work with him.

Scott is super to work with, personable and hassle free, he made the project as easy as it could be. As a first time home buyer I had some anxiety over the numerous projects that I had to take on, he was able to make this the easiest project on the list. All I had to do was select the colors, he was even able to inform me about a free color consultation service that made selection easier. Scott worked around my very limited availability fitting me in with no fuss, starting the job on a Sunday and finishing ahead of schedule. During the job I added an extra room to the project, it was no problem to Scott, the additional pricing was very reasonable. The quality of the work was superb, when I asked Scott to come back to touch up an area he came promptly and without question at no additional cost. The job was completed with honesty & profesionalism from a friendly & trustworthy team, I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott & his team for any job.

Great responsiveness in getting us an organized, thoughtful and accurate bid for the scope of work. (Very competitive bid also.)There were no surprises down the line. Scott had efficiently forecast everything that needed doing and the time to do so. Scott prioritizes great pre painting prep which I believe led to a really great overall finish in both rooms. Our house is 1964 era and really needed that extra bit of "love". Their process was extremely neat; they leave your home tidy and put together at the end of the day. Scott and his partner always arrived on time and completed all work within the time frame they'd quoted. We are really happy with our experience with Scott and Mastercraft. Our kitchen and bathroom look great.We'd use them again in a heartbeat. Reccommend highly.

We bought our townhouse on short sell, plus we were expecting our second baby at the beginning of December. We originally were suppose to close beginning of November, but issues came up and it slipped to the end of November. Seeing that we had a time crunch with the new baby coming and house closing, we needed to get our townhouse completely repainted. Scott was working with us the whole way. Even when the close of the townhouse got pushed out, as soon as we needed the painting to get done in a short time, Scott came in and worked long hours to make sure we were able to get into our new townhouse before the baby was born. That was huge relief for us! Scott and his assistant worked really h****** our townhouse, and it was not an easy job to paint. The previous owners had a few dark colored walls that took some extra time, but it was not a problem with Scott. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was always positive and always giving us pointers on how to take care of the paint and do touch ups when the kids bang into the walls. The lines were clean, even up by the ceiling, and the rooms, where we had chosen colors with Scott came out great! He even recommended for us to get new covers for the light switches and outlets so he could replace them when he put them back on. That would make the house look even better. Scott even went the extra mile and said that since he had his tall ladder up, he would replace a few of our bulbs in the house that were high up. That was a big help to us. We even threw in painting the ceiling in the kitchen in the last minute and Scott took care of it, no problem. He came in and not only did a fantastic job painting our townhouse in the time needed, but also really made us comfortable in choosing our colors for our new home. Scott's attention to detail really made our house look like a brand new house. We could not be happier!! He was a great contractor to work with all around and we plan on having him back to do our half bath.

We are moving back into the house and wanted to have painting taken care of before we return to the mainland. Scott Wojno of Mastercraft took care of everything for us--he reported in regularly, gave us a fair price, was particularly conscientious in repairs we requested as well as repairs we weren't aware were needed (for example, caulking windows before painting). He was so friendly and helpful, and he did a great job. We felt very well taken care of. We would definitely use Scott again.

I first asked Scott to paint a bathroom that had mildew problems - I'd seen his work, so I knew that he would do a quality job. He submitted a bid for the entire job, rather than for time and materials. He came on a Saturday because we needed the job done quickly, and he treated the walls for mildew before painting. This job was done in July of 2010. I was so pleased with his work that I had him return in September and redo our kitchen cabinets, which were 1950's knotty pine. He removed the doors, primed and painted, and even changed the knobs for me. The result is a completely updated look. The last job he did was to paint our livingroom, diningroom, and hallways after we had our ceilings replastered in April of 2011. He had to work around dark wood, and he did a superb job. In all instances Scott carefully prepared the rooms, cleaned up after himself, worked quickly, and used environmentally friendly paints. He labeled all remaining paints for me so that I have them available if I need to touch up anything. He also gave good suggestions about the colors and types of paint to use, without being imposing. I can see that Scott cares about the work that he does and that he respects his clients' homes. I would definitely hire him again!

I always call Mastercraft for my painting needs. Not only are Scott and his partner excellent painters (comprehensive surface prep, crisp lines, neat and fast), they are also very reliable and trustworthy. Mastercraft has painted the interior and exterior of my home on four separate occasions. The first time was 15 years ago and it was such a good job, the only reason I repainted was because I wanted a new color. This time when I called Scott, he got back to me within a day, surveyed the job and gave me an estimate. Scott even talked me out of repainting the entire exterior of my house, advising me that it wasn't necessary, so they painted the trim, under the eves and the doors. What an amazing difference! I love color, but am often disatisfied with my paint color choices so this time I relied heavily on Scott's advice in selecting the color for my bedroom and adjoining sittingroom. Most of the painting was done while I was at work, which meant Scott was responsible for securing the house whenever he left during the day. They covered all of the furniture, and the carpet, filled in all the nail holes, after making sure I didn't need to re-use them, was clear about the length of the job and finished on the schedule he set. He's the happiest painter I've ever met and it shows in his work. Considering the fact that Mastercraft is licensed, bonded, insured, and the quality of the work can't be beat, the cost is both reasonable and fair. Scott and his partner are truly masters of their craft.

The job they did was fabulous. They are very professional, thoughtful and conscientious. Their work is magnificent. Their estimate wasn’t the highest and it also wasn’t the lowest, it was right in the middle. They explained the job and I know nothing about painting or prepping. They gave me few options and not too many. They were not at all pushy. They were very neat. It was hard because I was moving at the same time. They knew that I was in their way but I never felt like I was in their way neither did my dog who can’t hear. They were very thoughtful, considerate and good natured. I picked up a wrong color for the hallway and they redid it, and did the color change. They charged me a nominal fee and it really seemed like because they cared that I liked the finished product. I’m going to use them again as soon as I find the right collage to do my sunroom that will need a lot of prep. So I’m going to spend for whatever they charge because the work was so good. I would use them again in a minute and I would have them paint more if I could afford to get more painted at the moment. They were wonderful. They were great. The finished product is great. It’s really because of them and I have to thank them for that. They worked around my schedule and to my needs. They were just good in everything. The guy Scott did a lot of the prep work, and his team mate named Jerry who was really cool did a lot of the painting. Scott also did some of it. They were both equally professional, clearly skilled and prideful in what they do. I will use their services again in the future.

It turned out well. They were on time. They honored their estimate. They cleaned up. They finished earlier than promised.

It went well. They were able to start the work in a short period of time, and finished the work in the in the time frame they gave us, even with a couple of modifications that we made to the work order in the middle of the process.

Scott arrived on time. He did all the necessary prep work such as filling nail holes, removing window coverings etc. He continued working until around 5:00 pm, when he cleaned up and left. He returned the next morning on time and finished the job. He was efficient, very professional with a warm and engaging personality.

Scott is extremely professional, punctual, and detail oriented -- he makes sure the job is done right, and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. For this last project there ended up being some extra, unexpected painting work that arose when some of the construction work became more complicated than we'd originally planned. Scott not only completed the work he'd originally signed up to do, but the extra work, in a tight timeline with the same high level of professionalism and perfection he brings to every job. He's also super reliable and trustworthy; we have no hesitation just leaving him a key and letting him work at our house while we're away. Scott had also done some major repainting of our house's interior a year before, and we had the same positive experience then as well. Scott is a true pro, he does an outstanding job, and he's on top of our list (and the only person on our list, for that matter) of house painters. I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a great painter.

They were little bit on the higher price scale than anybody else. Yet I think they are reasonable. We may end up using them. He came by and worked around to give the estimate. He was punctual and professional as well.

It went really well. The kitchen was the most difficult because we have brand new cabinets that were installed.

From beginning to end, Scott was outstanding. Very consultative and professional. Very efficient and clean up after job.
