Extremely well. Scott and his assistant, were right on time and finished exactly when they said they would be done. The estimate was spot-on and the work was thoroughly professional. Scott even caught a few details that I had missed, which greatly improved the overall final look. In addition, both Scott and Jeri was really easy to work with and answered all my questions without fail and with wonderful patience. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Scott and the painting performed were amazing! The crew was polite, neat and professional- they even replaced many difficult to reach light bulbs for us. The old intense colors were perfectly covered and there were absolutely no paint drips anywhere! Easy to work with, completed the job on time- This is my painting company from now on!

Scott and Jerri have done several jobs for me and have always done excellent work -- neat and finished usually ahead of schedule. They painted the common interior areas of my apartment house and an apartment that had not been painted in many years and needed substantial prep work. They are knowledgeable about paint and worked with me on color, types of paint and finishes. They are very professional -- I recommend them highly.

We got Scott recommended to us from our drywall repair guy Guillermo, and Scott and his crew did a fantastic job. We had them paint four rooms, three bedrooms and our office. Scott gave us great advice on choosing colors and finishes, helped me sort through some of the old paint left over from the previous owners of our house, and sent us to a great paint store to get samples and eventually our full order. The painting was quick, with minimal smell thanks to Scott’s preference for low VOC paints. Everything was kept clean, and Scott even did some touch up work on the exterior of the house. I would absolutely recommend Scott and his crew.

Scott and his team were fantastic! He provided good suggestions for color and sheen. They arrived on time and were very careful about covering floors, furnishings and clean up. I could have sworn the house was cleaner after they left... but it might just have been the new paint! Would highly recommend.

As long as Mastercraft is in business I can't imagine using anyone else for our painting needs. Scott deals in quality craftsmanship and detail while providing clear communication of the work he'll provide. Scott does not subcontract preferring to do the work himself...this is a owner operated business. Due to the movement of our home some rooms had creases in the original tape at the ceiling and Scott was able to get a straight line with his incomparable trim work. I wish there we more 'contractors' that ran their business like Mastercraft!

This is the second time we've used Scott and his team. See my review for interior work back around October of 2015. Once again really couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Everything went very smoothly and Scott went the extra mile helping with clearing areas around the house and making a special trip to get a primer he determined would be best to use after cleaning and sanding the eaves of the house. MasterCraft will do things right so that your painting will last. Scott knows what he is doing and will work with you to make sure you get the best results for your project. He's a terrific guy to work with and will spend time discussing options with you so that you can make informed decisons. I'm going to work with Mastercraft Custom Interiors again in the near future to have an outdoor structure painted.

This is the second time Scott has done painting for me and I would definitely call him again. He responds quickly, is punctual, has great suggestions, uses quality paint, does a beautiful job and cleans up everything afterward. I am quite finicky about having crisp,clean paint edges and Scott does this beautifully!

We had a great experience working with Scott. He returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to meet with me for the estimate. His estimate was reasonable and detailed. Scott quickly scheduled the work and called to move the start date up since he had an opening. The work was completed in 3 days. His employee, Jerri, was professional, pleasant and hard working. They cleaned the work area every evening. We asked Scott to come by for some minor touch up and he was there the next morning to do the touch up and complete the job. I would recommend Scott to anyone. He cares about his customers and does excellent work!

We had 80% of our home painted and then right after that new floors installed (by a floor contractor) all while we were living in it. Not an easy task. We hadn't had such extensive work done in our house before. Scott and his team not only did a great job painting our home but also provided guidance and recommendations throughout the whole 3 week process of having the house painted and the home improved. Scott provided insight on paint choices, references for crown molding and mud work the walls needed and also guided us on how to prepare surfaces the realtor had screwed up back when we bought the house years ago. He worked closely with me coordinating the base and wall touch ups after the floor installation was completed always cognizant of doing his best to get us back into our home in a timely manner. Scott's foresight and experience eliminated unexpected issues and helped us plan for unexpected issues we hadn't considered as we went through this process for the first time. Scott's can do attitude and communication from day 1 helped to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Painting looks spectacular and was completed on time as agreed upon (painting took 5 days). Working with Mastercraft Custom Interiors was a wonderful experience. I will use them for all my future painting needs.

Scott was awesome from beginning through the end. He was responsive to calls, quickly developed quotes, provided great advice ( i had been trying to get this project done for 8 years and his tips made it easy for me to make the decisions that I needed to make) and his prices were outstanding. He accommodated changes in the project easily and has done something no other contractor I have ever worked with has done - quickly showed up on time. I would not hesitate to have him provide services for me or my family.

Scott and his crew were fast, efficient, affordable and friendly. Most importantly, they did quality work. All references spoke very highly of Mastercraft, but results exceeded expectations. In a high traffic hallway, Scott proposed paints that have prevented foot marks on the stair risers and handprints on the walls, greatly improving the overall look of the room. In the kitchen, the crew worked hard to remove the old wallpaper and smooth the rough underlying plaster. Since this work could have have taken hours or days, Scott's bid included a fixed number of hours on it. If the work went beyond that, he would charge time and materials for additional work ? after getting our permission first of course. In stubborns spots, It did need additional work, but the additional costs seemed very fair and reasonable. The only SNAFU came about a month later when, mysterious, parts of the living room ceiling began to peel in new spots. The exact cause is still a mystery, but we decided likely causes include old dry plaster or a bad paint used by the previous home owner. Whatever, the cause, Scott (and crew) quickly came to remedy the situation, The only additional charges for this fix were time and materials for priming and painting that were above and beyond the original requested work. I look forward to working with Mastercraft Custom Interiors in the future.

Scott was very professional from start to finish. He was prompt in responding to our enquiry and was clear about how a painted finish would look vs. a sprayed finish. Since we figured we would need to do touch-ups in heavier wear areas, we decided to go with a brush vs. sprayed finish, which also was quite a bit cheaper. Scott was willing to do some of the work over a long weekend that we were out of town, so that worked out well for us. We came back from that long weekend to a beautiful "new" kitchen. Painting our knotty pine cabinets really updated the look of our kitchen. We were pleased with the quality of work done. Everything was left clean and neat. We would most certainly hire Scott to do work in our house again.

Scott was great from start to finish. He helped us with color selection. He gave us good recommendations for other contractors and helped coordinate his services with theirs. The quality of his work was excellent. He was very responsive to us and very helpful. His price was reasonable given the amount of work he did. His attitude was can-do. I have been in real estate for 25 years. I would use him again and I would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever to any of my clients. Good job, Scott, and thanks.

Scott was very professional, friendly, and easy to work w/. He recommended an excellent drywall person to repair the walls prior to painting. We originally scheduled about 5 weeks out but he had an opening in his schedule and was able to complete the work much sooner than anticipated. He was consistently prompt and responsive from the original estimate, to returning phone calls and follow-up questions, and finally when it came to completing the job. He worked quickly and meticulously and was concerned w/ making sure the job was done to our specifications. I'm especially impressed w/ the quality of the work considering the bid was only half of the next highest bid I received. He also used low VOC products in consideration of my small children, and only uses Benjamin Moore products, I believe. We have received tons of compliments on the work. We have an older home and over the years have had many workers come through for different jobs of varying quality. I would rank Mastercraft at the top of the list.

Scott is a very professional and courteous individual. He spent large amounts of time consulting with me and making sure all of my questions were answered , offered me some very good suggestions on colors and advised me on the best way to complete the project. He completed the project ahead of time and organized and cleaned up every day before he left. I would not hesitate to use him for future painting projects.

Scott is a real artist. He listened to what we wanted and offered creative and cost-effective solutions. He and his crew worked quickly, neatly and with a high degree of skill. Scott painted and patched areas of our home interior and exterior and offered suggestions on paints and colors. The results were excellent. We would highly recommend Scott and his crew for assignments inside and outside the house. In two instances Scott saved us from making some costly mistakes. When he came to assess the job, we talked to him about painting a large slanted ceiling. He is the only one we talked to who recommended not painting it and to leave it alone. He said the current look would not be re-captured if we painted it. And he was right In the second instance, we talked to him in detail about the color of the trim to be painted. We then proceeded to leave him paint that was very close, but not exactly the right color. As he started to paint the trim, he realized our mistake, left messages for us and ordered the right color. These are the kind of people you want to work with.

Scott and his assistant did a fabulous job. They were extremely professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. Scott went out of his way to perfectly match some older, difficult paint finishes and he is great at thoroughly explaining what to expect from different types of paint and working with you to find something that will be the best in the long run. The job was started and completed within the time frame promised and job site was kept meticulously clean. We have a lot of difficult, intricate trim work and Scott did a beautiful job on it! He clearly cares and it shows in his high quality work and the time he devotes to helping you make the best paint choices to start with. Will definitely use again. We couldn't be happier!
