Enrique was TERRIFIC CONTRACTOR! A great communicator, he and his excellent crew worked all day, gave daily schedule and encouraged visual tour end of shift, very organized with materials, tools, and kept our property clean, very cooperative and polite and knowledgeable. New Door: beautiful white steel door installed so smoothly. Exterior house trim: Enrique also replaced dry rotted exterior trim on my 2 story home, painted new trim, sealed other places as needed around home so I can paint house exterior. Enrique and crew put up new side fence in half day that will last a lifetime Enrique is a fine example of professionalism.

Enrique and his crew were here bright and early every single day and worked, worked, worked. We only saw them break for lunch. They arrive between 7:30-8:00 and didnâ t leave until 3:30-4:00. Enrique was very accommodating with our requests and changes. Weâ ve had at least 5-7 quotes from different contractors and Live Oak Generalâ s bid came at a reasonable price. We LOVE our new deck!!

We hired Live Oak Builder to complete work on my mother's home - the wok included a new roof, replacing the electrical box and replacing the home's siding. Ernique and his crew were very prompt in communicating the bid for the work and with all communication during completing the job. They provided fair and detailed estimates and during the work they were on time, completed the work as expected and were always on time. They ensure they left the work site/area clean and were very respectful. They did an excellent job!

We're very happy with the quality of materials and how the finished product. The price was more reasonable than other contractors from whom we got quotes, some of whom won't enough consider doing a deck for anything less than $10,000, even if it's quite a small deck.
