Rey was great. It took a while for him to return my call but he was out of town. Once he returned, he called immediately and came over that same day. He found the issue quickly but since he didn't have the part on him, we made a new appointment. He was on time, it took less than 15 minutes to fix and my faucet works better than before. I felt he was trustworthy, friendly and very professional. I will definitely hire him again.

I left 3 voice mail messages requesting a call back to schedule a date of a toilet replacement. After the third message I left Mr. Lacayo and let me know he was ill and would call me back in a few days. As of 1/26 I've heard nothing from them.

This job went surprisingly well. Rey La Cayo involved us in every aspect of the bathroom design including picking out the fixtures and tile. this is a very professional crew who arrived at work on time every day they said they would be there and cleaned up as they went along. At the end of the project there was nothing for me to do except admire the work and write the check.

Mr. Lecayo arrived 45 minutes early to provide an estimate to add the plumbing only (piping) for 3 new baths. I provided a detailed list of what was to be done and had marked where the pipes & drains were to be placed. He seemed to understand what I wanted, asked a few questions and then promised a quote by the end of the weekend (3 days). I followed that visit up with a text message 24 hours later about existing vent stacks, and received an immediate response: "OK TK". That's the last I heard from Mr. Lecayo. Don't know if the job was too big, not detailed enough (I have no blueprints) or what. But at a minimum, I would expect any professional to decline to quote. Disappearing into the night doesn't work for me.

the project started and ended on time. The clean-up was great and there was no increase in the price quoted.

I have used Lacayo-Colt Plumbing for years. The most recent time was last week, when our septic system, unchecked and without problems for 11 years, finally went kaput and stopped working. The smell of sewage was getting stronger throughout the house over the course of Sunday, and I texted Rey Lacayo Monday morning to see if he could possible come out that day. Rey came that morning, determined that parts of the pump apparatus needed to be replaced (but the tank was fine), and put in an order to pick up the needed parts for Tuesday a.m. He had everything fixed, installed and cleaned up by late Tuesday morning. To say we were all grateful would be an understatement :) Rey is a wonderful guy and super-responsive.

Our water pressure was low. He determined that the main needed replacing. They had to cut through roots to do it. The price was low, and the service was excellent.
