It was good actually. Lot of communication problems, the job took a lot longer than they said it would like much much longer than they said it would. There were long spaces when they were not available to come out so it was a little frustrating.

Very clean, no hassle, two day job. Entire front yard cleared, nothing left behind. very efficient, complete job.

Lovely to work with. Had a blast picking out plants together at the nursery. Prices are very fair and competitive. Crew was always on time, respectful, and did great work. The yard looks amazing - it is exactly what I wanted. The only red flag is to be sure to request change orders in writing - we had a miscommunication about the cost of a change order as it was only discussed verbally, and the cost change never put down in writing. We resolved it amicably and fairly by splitting the difference. Highly recommend this company.

Did a great job in the amount of time predicted and at budget. 3 months later our low-water, beautiful front garden is filling in nicely and has gotten lots of great comments from our neighbors. Reasonably priced, and was willing to work with us within our budget (unlike others we looked up). We are loving the sight of a beautiful front yard every time we come home. We will definitely use Green Gallery again when we have to do our backyard.

Green Gallery was very professional and prompt. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job within the time they quoted.

Nathan showed up for a consultation on short notice to build a brick retaining wall and do a little landscaping. After receiving the bid we decided to go with Green Gallery but was informed that it would be about a three week wait... which we were fine with. One week later Nathan called and the guys started the next day. They did an excellent job and finished it in three days!

Nathan was hired because we wanted to give business to a local small business. His cost was 3 times what our last gardener cost, but we weren't happy with their service so were willing to pay more for personal attention to our yard. The first year or so it went OK, they came every 3 weeks and kept up the yard, communicated with us when they noticed issues like pests or disease needing special treatment. The past two years, however, I have not been able to spend time 'managing' Nathan, and as a result our yard is a mess: grass is yellow; sprinkler heads broken; trees and bushes not pruned. Last winter he never adjusted the irrigation system so it ran full all winter, we had a huge bill, for which he barely apologized. His crew broke our freestanding fireplace, to which he said 'sorry' but did not replace or give us a credit for the cost. His bills now come only sporadically (maybe every 6 months) and at this point I don't know if he is still doing the garden or not - it looks bad.
