Was contracted by Solar City to put earthquake shutoff valve on my gas meter. After that job was completed, I asked him for an estimate to replace a shower faucet for a bathroom we were updating. He took care of it right away. Naeen was able to replace the faucet without going through the drywall. Very courteous and efficient! I would use again!

Technically he did excellent plumbing as far as I can tell, but he accepted the wrong parts from the wholesaler and if I hadn't caught the mistake in time he would have installed the wrong bases, which would have ben a total waste of my money. He had had about 2 weeks to make sure of getting the right parts, but he didn't even start until the day before he was to do the installation. He charged me for the hours it took him to chase down the correct bases. He also had brought incorrect seats (wrong maker), and by the time he told me that, it would have meant we would have to go without seats until the next day or give him permission to install the incorrect ones. He assured me these would fit, but they don't fit exactly.

On the last job, I was attempting to replace an old bathroom sink by myself. The valve snapped off as I was attempting to shut off the water. Mr. Deskin arrived within an hour of my call (he was working on another project). He had the parts with him and completed the job in about 30 minutes.

Pricing was very fair. They did not overcharge. They even helped me make my selection of which water heater to go with. I was referred to this service provider by another plumber that was unable at the time to do the work which I thought was great. He came in and was clean, drove a nice truck with a company name. The workers he had with him were clean as well. He acknowledges you while you are speaking. He is not pushy. He is very customer oriented and courteous. I would recommend them to others.

THEY WERE CLEAN AND POLITE, ALTHOUGH THE REPAIR TOOK MUCH LONGER, AND WAS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE WORKING ON ANOTHER JOB.
