Description of Work: Chea was very nice but had difficulty finishing up some basic task around yard maintenance, and was inconsistent in his follow up.

Description of Work: Estimated price included clearing an area of the back yard and digging holes for fruit trees. I aligned the trees up to have them properly spaced and this was disregarded. I had to replant a tree already planted to try an offset the imbalance. Additionally I was told the they would get the roots of the weeds to prevent them from reoccurring which did not happen. Lastly they did not follow instructions on the space that should have been cleared. I asked the worker about the uncleared space and I was told that he was not told to do it and would not. I've been too busy to call and complain, at this point I'll hire someone else to complete the project correctly.

Description of Work: I hired Chea's team to come twice a month to weed, garden, and mow yard.

Description of Work: Light yard cleanup, pruning, trimming.

Description of Work: Chea's team cleaned out my back yard --- which was 5 feet high in weeds, took all the debris away. The yard is on a downslope and hard to work on. The work was done promptly on the day promised. My messy backyard was transformed into a model of fire safety and tidiness. Chea's team even swept up after themselves. Truly a stress reducing experience.

Description of Work: We had Mr. Uch come to our home to see if the kinds of work we needed done in our garden were something his people could handle. One of the most important items was to be assured that at least one of the members could speak and comprehend English. We have had some very unpleasant results with persons who cannot understand English. We were assured that this would be the case and that, yes, they could handle the work and were told that it would be $75.00 for the two men and anything taking more time and/or labor would cost us more. We accepted this and the first time they came, it was only one man and he was the non-English speaker and the other fellow came somewhat later. The non-English speaker was a very hard worker and once he understood what was to be done he was fine. The second and last time they were to come only the Spanish speaking person came and the other man never showed up. We had a difficult time explaining what we wanted done. They were to arrive at 1:00 and he arrived after 2:00 and left before 4:00 (this would have been alright if someone had called to say they would be late as we had things to do away from the house) which was perhaps 1 1/2 hours. It was not enough time to get too much accomplished since there was just one person. I wrote to Mr. Uch to ask him what we could expect in the future and if he couldn't provide what he originally said he would we might not want to continue. He replied with a rather "snotty" response and said that they no longer would serve us!! We are hardly anti-Spanish or Asian but it is very important for us (and many, many others in this country) to have at least one English speaking person involved in any project.
