Excellent Service, job well done.

They painted entire interior in 3 days [no furniture was in unit at the time]. They prepared carefully, painted the right colors in the designated areas, cleaned up beautifully. There were a few things that were not quite right and they came promptly and fixed everything without complaint and did not ask for payment until i was satisfied with the work. Everyone, both the painters and the office people were extremely nice, careful and pleasant to work with through the entire experience.

The crew did a great job. Showed up on time every day, checked in with us to make sure we understood what was going on. Matched existing paint on front of house (painted a sample swatch to make sure we were happy with their matching job.) Worked with us to identify a new color for the door (which took FOUR coat to get right which they did with no complaints) Attention to detail in prepping/cleaning/scraping/sealing cracks and holes. They carefully taped off surfaces/fixtures to avoid spray over. They cleaned up all debris afterwards and returned to fill holes left by scaffold support pins. The three decks were power washed, painting crew worked with us to identify a good color for stain. Stain was done last after exterior painting done. The crew got up on ladders to match the stain UNDER one of the back decks. Above and beyond what we had expected!

Two men, two days, prompt and professional

The job by the workers was great. The quality of the work was excellent. The painters were diligent, came early worked late and were as invisible as they could be painting the outside of a house. Alejandro and Ishmael were unbelievable in working through a fairly large job. They worked a few days on the weekends because of weather difficulties during the week. The bump in the road occurred in the stripping of the garage doors and front door. As an added service to the original contract we decided to pay $645 for a complete stripping of the 3 doors before varnishing. Apparently the owner of the company, and estimator, felt that the job was taking longer than anticipated and asked to reopen the contract and wanted an extra $500 for the service. After a discussion we agreed not to reopen the contract. However, the entire discussion left me with a negative feeling on the whole experience. To me you rate a job based on the quality of the service and the price. Asking to reopen a contract, particularly when there was nothing written into the contract suggesting that this could occur is unprofessional. ( rating of C in professionalism recognizes the "A" for the painters). I'm sure based on our conversation regarding the reopening of the contract they would feel the same as me: nice to have done business with you in the past but will pass on them in the future.

They were very good. I got their name out of Better Business Bureau. I recommend them to others. What ever they did they did it in a professional manner. They were very reasonable for the amount of work they did. They did a very good job.

They did a good job and the guy that came out and did the estimate was very good. We got three bids and I think they were comparable. The other thing was that I recently had to try and find out what the colors were and I called them and the guy went and dug out the files, which I thought that was nice. They also keep records.

They did fine. It was a good price and they did good work.

It worked out pretty well. They got done fairly quickly. The paint job has held up. Their price was in the middle. There were some language issues.

They were really quick. However, they weren't as clean as they could've been. There were some missed spots high on walls. I would say they did pretty good. They didn't do a high-end job, but it was a decent job.

We had a relatively small job. we had called other painters & got no response. Certapro answered our e-mail right away. The estimate took place on Friday & they painted on Monday. The matched the painted perfectly & you cannot see the repairs at all. They arrived on time & were right on budget. The job was professional & clean. We will hire them in the future.

Certapro has their act together in terms of project management: having someone come by for an estimate and then the actual painting was very quick and efficient. One minor complaint is that in the materials I was given about the job, it claimed I would be updated every day on the progress of the job by the site supervisor. That didn't really happen. I thought the painters themselves were great - although they did break a window sash cord that I had to replace. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the job, although their cost was a little higher than other bids.

They had a reasonable price, but I decided to use another company that would brush instead of spray.

Soumil came to my house and gave me a written estimate on the spot. The cost was very reasonable. The painting started on the date that I wanted. It took them 3 days for the job, less than he estimated. They did an excellent job. They were very responsive to all of my requests. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up everyday, and at the end. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

I wanted to refinish my roof and I was planning to paint it myself, but it was beyond my capacity. So, Certapro Painters came out to do the work and did a good job. They did the work expeditiously which was of high quality. The quality of their work was excellent including the clean up and the information that they provided. They helped me with whatever I wanted to do and know. They came on time. They estimated to complete the work in one day, but they discovered that the paint wasn't drying fast. So, they apologized and said that it would take 2 days to dry. They didn't charge anything extra. They were very professional too. If need be, then I would definitely use their services in the future as well.

The man who came out was very good and friendly. He brought his computer and he was able to prepare the bid right there on the spot. I chose not to go with them, because I did not get the impression that they would be thorough enough for my home. The sales man seemed to be a touch pushy for me. He was very clear and honest about everything.

They finished the paint removal on the window which was done by the previous painter which I though was very nice. They carefully covered all the windows before starting. They were very thorough and courteous. They returned when needed and answered all my questions. They redid a small spot on the garage door where I wanted it in 2 different colors.

They did an excellent job. Their estimate was what they said it would be. There was always a supervisor on site and they were very professional. The house looks great and we would use them again.

This was a professional job by careful workers and responsive supervisors.

Everything went exactly as it should.

The process was mostly smooth, however, there were a few odd miscommunication along the way. The estimator insisted on providing sample paints for us to test. When I asked for some sample paint, the owner of the company complained about the cost, stating each sample would cost him $15! I went to the paint store and purchased samples for $5 each. The final paint job is excellent and the house looks great. No complaints about the quality.

The process was quite streamlined and professional. The company's owner came to do the estimate and noticed a number of problem spots that would need special attention. He entered the data into his laptop and gave us the estimate at the end of the meeting. Their bid was for $6,500 - we also got bids of $9,000 and $14,000, but since Certapro seemed like they would be very thorough, we went with them. They had a list of references and we called a few and got good reports. The job supervisor contacted me and they got started right away. I was told that the supervisor would meet with me every day in the morning. He didn't, but was very available by cell phone, and communication with the painters was fine. They worked hard and very quickly so the job was finished soon.

The outside job took four days as planned with outstanding result. The inside job was more challenging and ended up taking nearly a week longer than expected, but the result was ultimately beautiful. The drywall texture was originally incorrectly done and needed to be completely removed and redone-but there was no argument about the redo. The supervisor and crew were committed to making things right and they did.

The owner contacted me promptly and came to provide an estimate. The painters arrived on time. They were courteous, prompt, and tidy. They cleaned up every day after their day's work. I provided the paint. The only drawback was that the estimator over-estimated the amount of paint needed, so I paid for more paint than I needed for the job. Overall-Excellent.

Wood stripping is an extremely time consuming ordeal, and I would not recommend it for the feint hearted. Soumil and his crew did possibly the best wood stripping I'd ever come across; at least 80 years of paint was removed to reveal the original hardwood underneath. This type of job is not easy to estimate, which would be my only negative from the experience. However the responsiveness shown throughout the project was really exceptional including making sure we were absolutely happy with every step in the project. At one point we discovered that the wood stain we had originally chosen would not work effectively. In response Anthony and Soumil found a crew of fine cabinet restorers to come in and complete the best finish available. Their pride in workmanship is evident, and I would definitely recommend them again.
