We are your locally owned and operated, full-service painting contractors - providing the highest quality work, best value and most professional painting service in the East Bay since 2004. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of our work. We will show up on time, leave the work area clean and tidy everyday, and keep you informed on our progress. Whether we paint one room or your entire house, our goal is to provide you with a trouble free painting experience and lasting results. Our painting process is designed to provide you with the best possible painting experience for your home or business. First, we will provide you with a detailed, itemized estimate for your project. We can optionally provide the services of a professional paint color consultant if you wish. Every project is carefully managed to ensure the painting process goes as smoothly as possible and is completed to specification and on schedule. Our painters are courteous, professional and regularly trained to ensure safe working practices. We will leave the work area organized and uncluttered at the end of each day. And we will keep you informed on our progress throughout. Description of Work: House exterior paint job. Whole house including the downspouts as well as the cellar door. Painted interior as well as exterior of all doors. Had to calrify this as initially painter said inside of doors required a seperate contract. After discussion co. agreed to paint both sides of the doors. Had to clarify colors of the primer paint. Originally all was to be primed with house colored primer. It was finally agreed that the trim primer would be qa lighter shade of the final color of the trim. Co. was very responsive to our concerns. Workers were excellent.

Thank you for the feedback. The guys worked hard on the work at your home, and the results look great. Sorry about the mis-communication about the doors. Typically, interior of doors and windows would be considered part of the interior painting work. So if you were to paint the entry and living room interior, we would paint the inside of that door and so forth. As for the primers, we like to fully prime all surfaces before applying paint. We do tint the color of the primer, but in actuality, the color itself does not matter as we are priming for protection, not for the actual color. We apply 2 coats of paint, so coverage is not an issue. Thank you for bringing up your concerns, I will note them and make changes in the future. Take care

The work that you have specified is very labor intensive. To paint one wall in a bedroom requires 2 people to move the large bed away from the wall, and we have to cover all areas to protect. Description of Work: Painted 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, had to come back and do lots of touch-up for drips and runs but they did it . There was also tears in my linoleum where they moved the refrigerator, the one tear I saw before they left they glued down pretty well and discounted the job, but I found another after they left.I might use them again, but it would be a closely watched job.

I apologize about your feelings about the work. If I may, allow me to retort to your comments, and to explain my understanding of the situation; We originally met to discuss the painting work on April 24th of this year. As part of our standard research to understand what level of work and preparation you were looking for, we came to the understanding that you were looking for a very budget friendly paint job.You mentioned many times that you did not want to spend a lot of money on the work. We then based our estimate and pricing on this. I apologize if we did not understand your needs properly. Your home has significant preparation, where the time involved to prepare surfaces can vary depending on your budget and desired outcome. We did state in the contract a specific number of hours to conduct in the preparation, and reviewed this with you before we started to ensure that you were clear that we would be doing a mid level job. Your home is an older Oakland home which has not been painted in 20-30 years. We come across this on most every job that we do,which is why we spend so much time during the estimate to understand what type of job you are looking for, and make it as clear as possible on the contract. I did inspect the job,and it was a decent, mid level job. I agree, there were a few items that should have been tended to before the crew left the job. There was some paint on the electrical socket, a few imperfections in highly visible areas on the drywall and one light socket was not installed correctly. Once I became aware of the issue, I did the best that I could to resolve the issue, and reach your 100% satisfaction. We are not perfect, and things do happen. After I had the crew come back to take care of all the outstanding items, and bring it up to the level that you were expecting, I hope that we were able to resolve the matter and the work that we provided was up to your expectations.

Description of Work: They painted the exteriors of two buildings - a 2 story house and an adjoining 1 story duplex. It went very well, they did the job when they said and they took exactly the time they said. They cleaned up daily and were willing to go with minor changes - "let's paint this bit of trim with this different color." Overall we were really happy with the job and particularly the look of the houses
