+ -1 moreThey were very professional. They arrived at my home, right on time. The man doing the work looked clean cut, he gave me different pricing options and different packages to choose from. He did the work fairly quick and non-invasive. One thing I noticed was how much more detailed this type of cleaning is. Steam cleaning I had in the past, and it seemed like a basic procedure, they wouldn't even vacuum before they cleaned. This company does good work, a bit pricier than steam cleaning, but worth the difference. I got my living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, hall and stairs done, and it all looks great, even the heavy soiled entrance to my place. Good job overall.
Description of Work: They come in and rake the carpets, then they vacuum well, then they spray a misty solution on the carpet, they then proceed to use a buffer machine with a brush on the bottom and later put a pad on it that absorbs all the dirt, then they rake and groom the carpets again.

Description of Work: CLEANED CARPET IN BEDROOM, HALLWAY, TELEVISION ROOM AND STAIRS. RAKE, VACUUM, BRUSH CARPET AND THOROUGHLY CLEAN.

+ -1 moreTHE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME AND DID THE SERVICE WAS A JOYFUL PERSON AND LIKED TO TALK. THE WORK WAS FAST AND CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND CHEAP. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND HELPFUL ON HOW TO TAKE OUT STAINS.
