+ -1 moreExcellent service and quality products. Char knew all about the flooring and based on my needs picked out the best items to suit my style and budget. When we found out we were a little over budget Char worked with the carpet manufacture to get us the best possible price. She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them and use them again, if necessary, in the future. I never knew carpet could be so high tech, it was nice to speak with someone who knows all the latest.
Description of Work: I met with Char, she came out to the house to take all measurements, very professional and courteous. She took her time and did every little nook and cranny to get the exact square footage. We met again in person to pick out flooring and she had pulled items in my budget and style for when I arrived. The flooring install was scheduled around the other work we were doing and extra carpet was made into entry rugs for the apartment/house.
